I wanted these to work - they were cute and I could see how they could be quite comfortable - but I was between sizes. I heard they stretch, so I wore the smaller ones around the house for awhile, but they didn't look like they were going to stretch quite enough. Bummer.

I love Toms, my first pair are white and they are a burlap material. I have wide feet, so the 9 is too big and once the 8.5 stretches out they were perfect. For some reason the right shoe was not giving at all, wore it around the house for about an hour/two hours and my feet were starting to ache a little. Not giving up, will order another pair.

I love the style, they are comfortable for wearing around when I am not walking too far but there is not really any support. I do like the flexibility and the material that they are made of though. I found some insoles that I am going to try putting in them. That should do it. Check it out if you're having the same issue.

I normally wear a size 10 but after reading other reviews I ordered a 9½. That was a perfect fit. They are comfortable. I was looking for something a tad dressier than a sneaker and had heard good things about this shoe. My only complaint is that the bottoms are slippery. I slip easily and have to be careful on floors that are not carpeted. That is my only negative.

I've worn through two pairs of these shoes. No, there is no arch support, but I pop in one of my own, and I'm good to go. They are a comfortable and stylish alternative to sandals, and they're washable. They are classics.

These are the cutest shoes but boy were they small. I got my foot into them so the width was OK, but my heel would not go in. I normally wear a 6-1/2 W but can wear 7M. These didn't come close. Really sorry about that because I love the style. It didn't seem worth the hassle to try other sizes.

Kind of surprised, these are stiff and slightly uncomfortable considering the price. I've purchased off brands that were much more comfortable than these. I wouldn't buy them again. Also difficult getting my foot in and when I did, they seemed a little roomy in the length.

I bought these in both a 7 and 7.5 because I couldn't decide which would be the best fit. I decided to go with the 7, which is my usual size in shoes, because the 7.5 slipped off my heel. I have read that they stretch out some, so the smaller size makes the best sense. I'd say these shoes are not for a wide foot. I like the style and color, will be interesting to see how well they wear.

Shoes are very nice, a little tight in the toe box but otherwise good. Sure I will enjoy them.

These are great shoes. I bought them for my daughter who is a college freshman. They are comfortable to walk across campus each day. They go with any outfit!

this shoe was supposed to be a Wide but maybe for a child. Very disappointed in the shoe fit - could barely get my foot in to the show!

The shoe is stylish and reasonably priced, but although I ordered my usual size, I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. The shoe was too short and too narrow.

I have a pair of Toms I bought in a size 12 about 6 years ago. They are a perfect fit. This pair is also a size 12, but it is too short. I’m so disappointed.

Half size too small but cute though. Will exchange.

I have medical problems and it did not provide enough stability for me. I really wanted to like them since I loved the look and my daughter swears by them and has many, but it won't work for me, unfortunately.

SHOES - really slippery on the kitchen floor. Hopefully, when the soles get dirty, they will have a little more traction. SHIPPING - what a joke. What happened to UPS and getting the order in 2 - 3 days (sometimes sooner?) My order arrived at my city's post office 3 days after ordering, then went to Pittsburg where it sat , then to Detroit then to Toledo where it sat and I finally got it 8 days after ordering. Zappos, the USPS can't handle it!

These shoes came in handy during Covid-19, no pedi required. They definitely run large, but since I sometimes go up half a size, I just stuck with my regular size (10). Even so, they are a bit roomy, but I like that. Style wise, they are not my favorite shoe, a bit frumpy-looking on me, but the color I bought, red, is nice.

I don’t understand what all the hype is about these shoes. They made me feel like I was wearing costume shoes because of the extra room at the tip of the shoe. Maybe these only work for those with feet more pointy than mine are.

I like everything about the shoe far as size and style, the color not so much. This shoe was supposed to be black on black but looks more of a chocolate color. So I have to say I was a little disappointed and is in the process of returning the shoe.

These felt stiffer than previous Toms that I have owned. I am returning them. They also ran a little big...I find Toms sizing is a bit of a gamble as each pair seems to fit different.

I loved these shoes but i recommend going a size up because they tend to be a little small

Not sure what happened with the sourcing on these Classics but they’re incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve been wearing this exact style for many years and always loved the easy slip on comfort. But this new pair comes up higher on the heel, & is a bit more narrow overall. The most noticeable difference, is the stiffness in the fabric, it’s like they were starched to high heck! Wearing them has only blistered up my heels, & trying to break them in isn’t working out.
