Second pair has a tear Inside that is uncomfortable (after wearing for a month)

I purchased these for my son and they didn’t last three months. Within the first few weeks, the bungee style laces broke on one of the shoes. Replaced that with a normal shoe lace so right there they started looking weird. Then the hook and loop strap started disintegrating on the same shoe. I’m so completely disappointed in this purchase.

Loved these shoes for my son. We've had them less than 2 weeks and the sole is already separated from the top of the shoe!

We have ordered multiple other pairs of Trail Chasers over the years and they have always been great shoes, lasted forever and held up well. This time, I ordered these blue ones, my son wore them ONE time and the elastic band holding the bottom part together broke. I thought “huh, must just be a bad pair, let’s return them and get another one of the same shoes.” So we did—and the same exact thing happened, the very first day he wore them. Clearly, they are now junk. Don’t buy.

My 11 year old has had 2 pairs of these last year and loved them. They were both wide width. Since he needed a replacement I was excited to see the new colors and ordered the black/red. I noticed the wide width option no longer existed but thought I could give it a try.
They look really great but what a disappointment! They did not fit him at all.. Had to return them.
Please bring back the wide width option!
