I tried many shape wear before settling on this one. This is by far the most comfortable. I needed support for stage 2 after an abdominoplasty and this bodysuit provides the support I needed without feeling constricted. The straps are adjustable and allow for a good fit. They eliminate the need for that annoying tight elastic that adorn the top of the traditional high waist Spanx that are uncomfortable when sitting and always roll down. This bodysuit stays in place all day long, provides great support in the tummy but also in the butt area. It's not too tight on the thighs. The material is thin but strong which makes it invisible under clothes. My only cons is the issue when you want to use the bathroom. The opening system in the crotch is ridiculous, no woman can pee without wetting the garment. I have to strip down each time. However, with the level of support and comfort this bodysuit provides, I am OK compromising. I'm 5'2", 118 lbs and the size Small fits great.

Spanx Thinstincts bodysuit is hands down the best shapewear I’ve owned to date. This bodysuit feels like a second skin and sucks it all in…comfortably! My midsection feels & looks snatched. Highly recommend!

I wear a size small in all Spanx. This item ran a full size too big for me. I actually looked at the size on the tag and inside to be sure I received the correct one. I am 5'7" 136 lbs and I could have pulled it up over my breasts and although it was smoothing, it did not have any compression. I will try a smaller size otherwise wear my old Spanx shorts instead.

Fabric was very thin. Didn't hold you in.

Seems like a great idea, but the sides of the bust area caused a boob buldge.
