I was excited to get these in - I waited for about 2 weeks or so for them to arrive. I put them on and within 10 minutes of wearing them - the latch that holds the heel strap broke thru the shoe. I hope to get them either replaced or refunded because they were so comfy when I tried them on.

Most undesired pair I've every experienced..

Straps broke as I was losing velcro to try one. Stud pulled through the plastic of the shoe. Not reinforced.

I only wore them about 2 times and the strap ripped causing the sandal to rip with it.

I used these only a handful of times and they ripped when I was walking from the grocery store back to my car. These are not even a little bit durable. Trash

They are not true to size and they broke immediately. I had them on for 5 minutes and because you have to pull at the strap to adjust it to fit. it ripped through the foam making the shoe entirely useless. I had to return them.

not even 12 steps out of my door and the straps came busting out the croc, literally tore right out of the shoe.

One shoe was bigger than the other!!

These sandals are really cute and comfortable, but they're a lot more yellow toned than cream/white like they look in the picture. I liked them a lot until the right heel strap completely ripped, only after a couple of casual wears :( and I can't even take the left strap off so that they would match, so I'm pretty disappointed.

I love the sandal and think it is adorable, but the first pair I bought the left side strap broke after 20 minutes, and then my replacement pair broke after 2 days. I am going to receive another replacement pair, and I hoping these will last because they are super cute. Just bummed if I can't use the strap because It gives my foot more support.

These were my first ever pair of Crocs. I was so excited to wear these out because they are so cute! Unfortunately, I wore them out one single time and the strap broke off on one side. It literally tore through the shoe. Very disappointing, I would not recommend getting these shoes.

Waste of money. The strap broke off and tore the plastic of the sandal after about 20 minutes of light wear.

Super cute, and I was excited for something that was similar to the mega crush sandals. These broke almost immediately with the back heel strap ripping right through the sandal as I was walking down the hallway lol super sad these didn't work out.

The back strap ripped off within 8 minutes of walking. CROCS! Do better! No one actually tested these?? And they're called Hikers? Yikes, do not buy!

They apparently didn't think this design through or even test it out by going on a hike with them. I bought these because I thought they were a great alternative to the Mega Crush and they would be more practical for my walks and hikes because the strap is adjustable. However they break first use EVERY SINGLE TIME! The material of the shoe is not strong enough to support a tightened strap. The first pair broke within 10 minutes of me walking on pavement. I received a replacement pair quickly (great customer service) and this time I made sure not to tighten them too tight even though that shouldn't be a concern. In the middle of my hike the strap kept falling down so I tightened it just enough so it'll stay on my heel. I took 5 steps and it snapped AGAIN. And to be clear, when the strap snaps, it rips the hole to where it either can't go back in or it'll continuously keep falling out making it useless.
