It broke where the strap hooks into the rubber. The rubber split.

The strap ripped out of the shoe 2 weeks after purchase and these are for hiking. I could have broke my ankle.

You either need to make the strap breakaway or reinforce where it mounts to the croc because this is my 2nd pair that the strap ripped the croc, making it useless.

I have purchased this product not one, but TWICE and the strap ripped out on the exact same shoe at the almost exact same spot TWICE. I was offered a reorder but do not have the confidence that they won't rip the same! I remember crocs being so durable as a kid, so I'm really disappointed.

When I got them I loved them but so disappointed now. Ordered in June, I have worn them three times and the strap broke off the croc! I emailed customer service in hopes to getting a replacement.

Do not get me wrong. I love these shoe style. The velcro trap ripped out of the shoe on flat surface.
