Straps were too loose and could not be adjusted for a more secure fit.

One Velcro strap on each sandal did not provide enough adjustment to fit each foot securely.

There's a weird, sharp drop off on the side of the shoe. My pinky toe hung off the sides.

This has a good arch support. It is built for higher volume foot and the straps are not adjustable.

Liked style. Width and straps for a higher arch and wider foot. However placement of the ankle strap rubbed my heel wrong. Cushion is ok but not great as footbed is not very flexible

This sandal may have been OK when new, but I received a pair that had clearly been worn for a long time. The sole was broken on both sandals, the leather was dirty and the footbed was sunken to form to someone's foot. Very disappointed with Zappos for sending it out in the first place.
