When I first got these shoes, they fit perfectly and were so comfortable. After a few months though, the soles got super thin and there were hard bits in the heel that were uncomfortable to walk in. They also got more and more stretched out the more I wore them, to the point of being able to fling them off if I swung my foot. That part didn't bother me as much as the heel though. After buying a gel sole to wear with them, I had a much better time with this pair and would have probably bought another pair, if the new sole was included.

I bought these shoes in February 2023 and by June 2023 they started falling apart. I love these shoes and they are comfortable. I wear them 5 days a week at work, I work at a bowling alley/restaurant. These shoes have started to separate at the seams were the shoe creases when you flex your toes. They have also started developing a hole near the big toe area. I really like these shoes, I just wish they lasted longer than 4 months.

the shoes are very nice looking and the material is very nice, however the sole is very hard and the fitting is very tight, so even though your size is what it is, i would recommend to order half size up to avoid the tightness. not sure if the shoes eventually wear off and becomes comfortable but for now they are too tight.

They're cute but because they're narrow they hurt your feet and give you blisters the non slip and water resistant is 10/10 but i wouldnr buy again. They hurt after a while.

The heels are supposed to be padded but there are hard bits in the heels that want to dig into your heel. I bent both heels over backward in half and vice gripped them in place overnight to force them to bend away and it feels okay. The insole is complete trash, no support, I'm at the end of my first day with them and I'm not wearing them again until I put some actual support into the shoes. You WILL need to replace the insoles immediately. Otherwise, they fit well and are comfortable everywhere else even for my 13W foot. Shoes for crews is terrible in general.

Im a chef i bought a pair of these about 9-10 years ago and i beat the breaks off the first pair theyre still standing strong! Old and raggedy now but still holding up, not falling apart regardpess of the bleach and paint and grease ive dumped on them over the years. Had to order another pair i think its time to retire the old set LOL they definitely pay themselves off

Great customer service The first pair of shoes I got I ordered the wrong size and then returned them no problem with an exchange the second pair something was wrong with the left boat again they return them and exchange them with no problems no questions asked their service is excellent customer service is great I would highly recommend them

I replace the insoles with a secondary option for my high arches. I have no complaints aside from the recommendation to order size smaller.
