Shoe was comfortable and the arch support was great but the heel was too big even though the shoe length was right. My heel walked right out of the shoes, so I had to return them.

Ordered my usual size 9. Shoes are comfortable but had to return because they slip off my feet when walking. Tried adding innersoles but they still fell off the back of my feet. I have other Skechers (not the slip-in style), and they do not slip off. Maybe smaller size would work but I will stick with non-slip in style. Heel seems too wide.

The wide width wasn't wide enough and both shoes slipped up and down my heels as I walked.

I've had the older (non slip on) for several years. This same size pair is too heavy and too loose when walking. I put an innersole in and now my toes hurt when I try to walk in them. What a waste of money! Would not buy them online again.

Can't use slip on shoes if they're all extra wide in the heel. Bad design trade-off

Suitable for almost any occasion, but I can't get a size that fits me. Your "relaxed fit" and "wide fit" shoes are too large, but the size below is too small.

This style of shoe did not fit my feet. For my feet this style is 1/2 size too big.

The heel slips off, yet the shoe is the right length. The material is stiff and hard, very uncomfortable. The cushioning is practically non-existent. What has happened to the Skechers I used to be such a huge fan of? I have purchased several styles recently, and every single one was a fail. Skechers quality has really gone downhill.

Due to them being way too big I had to return them. I ordered them online and nowhere did it suggest I size down. I think in order for the wearer to put them on without having to use their hands, they have been made larger in order to achieve that. Wish I had been warned.

Had to return the shoe as my Big toe kept rubbing on the top of the shoe and was uncomfortable.... wish they came in a "wide".

I'm just using them around the house. The fit isn't great - they pinch because my feet are being pushed forward toward the toe. As for style, I like the top to come up further toward the ankle.

I have 3 pairs of Skechers from a few years ago in size 9. All fit perfectly and are comfortable. I recently purchased several different styles in size 9 and they are all too short on my foot. Returned all. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have several pairs of the old go-walk flats that are two years old. They fit great, are comfortable and look like new after washing. The new shoe design no longer fits me. My toe hits the end of my regular size but they are so wide I walk out of them. I hope you make shoes for the narrower foot in the future. These are being returned.

I will probably try a half size smaller in the slip-ons.

Bought these shoes to have comfortable shoes to wear with "Business casual" style clothing that don't look like sneakers. Loved the look & feel of the shoe, but was too big; my foot came out when walking! Very sad! I ordered this pair and 3 other styles, 2 prs sneakers & 2 prs casual. Both casual styles were too big. Will return!

I bought these shoes to wear to work. They hurt my feet so bad and gave me blisters on one foot and slipped up and down on my other heel. All in all very uncomfortable will be returning.
