Nice weight of the fabric. Well made, and keeps its shape. I'd buy a lot more if they weren't too expensive.

Men's Carefree Unshrinkable Tee, Traditional Fit Short-Sleeve, Soft Spruce. The color is way darker than shown. Way darker. I almost sent it back. You need to fix the color online to represent the true color. Shirts are quality. I would prefer a larger neck opening.

I bought a few colors for my husband in his usual size L. These are huge! Even the arms are sized for a really brawny build. I didn't see that there was slightly fitted version available and there's not enough time to reorder before an upcoming trip.

I knew the shirt was going to be large based on what I usually purchase. I actually hope that it would shrink a little bit to fit me better. To my surprise, it did not shrink in the least after three washes. That's one of the things I like about L.L. Bean that they're closed do not shrink.

Great fabric, should last a long time, but sizing runs big. Large is the size I always purchase in all LL Bean clothing. However, in this t-shirt, large fits drooping over my shoulders and too big around my middle. I exchanged for size medium to get a regular fit.

I love these tee shirts and have many in my closet. They always look great, wash beatifully, don't wrinkle and are very comfortable AS LONG AS THE TEMPS STAY BELOW 75 DEGREES. The shirts are great if you live in a cooler climate however in warmer climates, the shirts do not breathe if the temps get any hotter. The same for wearing these shirts when you exercise. You will start to sweat. I've made the mistake of packing these shirts for trips to warmer climates and they were impossible to wear. You will perspire profusely! The neckline is high so there is nowhere for the heat to escape. Other than this issue, the shirts are great.

Fits nice around the neck I hate a loose collar. Looks good and a comfortable material.

I have purchased Bean tee shirts with a pocket for years. When I tried on two that I ordered, I found that the collar has been changed. It is now, as you see in the picture, higher on the neck. I am use to their collars being more open with space between the neck and collar. I have come to expect Bean clothing size wise to be consistent from year to year. This year it was not with this product.

When I first purchased this shirt for my husband, I ordered the dark Spruce in a Tall XL. I received a XL. Since I ordered the same shirt in a different color, I was able to compare the sizes, & the Tall XL was quite different. I called customer service since I was out of town, & they were able to send a replacement out within a week. But I was disappointed that my intended Christmas gift was the wrong size.

Great T-Shirt - washes well - minimal if any shrinking!

This Unshrinkable T-Shirt is comfortable and fits great. Wear it with khakis or jeans when the weather is warm or layer it when it's cooler. Available in six sizes and seventeen colors.

My husband has dozens of these t-shirts and has been very happy with the fit and durability. Recent purchase isn't quite as nice. Fabric is thinner and so the fit looks more sloppy due to the drape of the fabric. He would probably order again, but hope the sturdier fabric returns.

Fit, finish, color and quality are perfect. I deducted one star because they are so pricey. Otherwise they are truly perfect.

Besides being a nice maroon color, this shirt will last long. It will cost more because of that, and last longer than a cheaper shirt, and may cost less per year. I'm liking L.L. Bean T-shirts, they remind me of another company's quality shirts.

I like these shirts and I've been buying them for many years. I recently ordered my usual XL Tall and it's now more like an XXL. I guess I will order Large going forward, but I'm not sure why so many companies feel the need to change successful popular products.

I love these Tees! Soft, great colors, don't shrink or fade. The only thing is: no breast pocket.

The best tall tee shirts I have found for fit, style, and comfort. Plenty of color options too, unlike many other brands. Only downside is that after a few washes, the necks do tend to become wavy or puckered. However, the bacon neck is not noticeable to the point where I feel bad wearing the shirt out.

I buy these shirts to wear around the house. The fabric is incredibly soft, and the seams in the shoulders and around the neck don't irritate my very sensitive skin. Most manufacturers use coarse thread that almost feels like it's made of plastic. I have an older male friend who was complaining about t-shirts that were actually causing sores on his skin along the neckline and shoulder seams. I recommended these shirts to him. He was hesitant because they cost more than his usual t-shirts. He tried one. After that, he quickly ordered three more. They are now the only shirts he will wear. He and I both agree the shirts are incredibly soft and easy to care for. Our only complaint - the neck openings are a little tight. We have to stretch them out every time we wash our shirts. I'm a 5'3" woman at 125 lb and ordered a men's medium so the shirts would be a very relaxed fit. Maybe we're just overly sensitive. I'd give 5 stars for these shirts in a v-neck.

Excellent fabric weight, cotton comfort, fit, and variety of solid colors. Ideal for pairing with a long-sleeve shirt in fall-spring, or as a durable tee in the summer season. Looks like new after 10+ wearings.

The comfort and quality is apparent. I also was happy for the Tall option for my son. The one negative for me was I couldn't use it for its intended purpose - Tie Dying. I washed it and then my son rubberbanded it up in preparation for the Dying. Much to his frustration, the dye rolled off the shirt instead of absorbing in. He pointed out it must have been chemical treated. Who knew we needed a special TShirt for Tie Dying!
