The size was larger than previously purchased. I have bought this style before.

The shirts are baggy unless you're fat so I guess I have to gain weight

The shirt fit and look was as expected and I'm satisfied with that. However, it's definitely not the most softest and comfortable shirt I have. I love cotton bc it's the most comfortable but this tshirt was a little scratchy. I did NOT expect that. I guess it would be fine for most but it's a no go for me.

The neck opening used to be smaller for a better fit. The body is too large and baggy. i would not purchase again.

I bought 4 or of the unshrinkable carefree cotton tee's. I ordered them in a tall size to get the length to tuck in my pants. All of them have shrunk in the length. They are barely more than a regular tee shirt in length. I have not noticed any shrinkage otherwise in the shirts. Other than length, the tees fit well,

Had to return the Tee Shirts. Overall the sizing was off, too large & the material very thin.
Still have a few older ones that were purchased many years back. Material was thicker and softer. The new ones are lacking in quality, one of the reasons for the return.
Very disappointing, will have to look at what other brands have to offer.
LLBean used to be my favorite brand for most of my clothing.

I have bought your t-shirts for many years and have been very happy with the quality and thickness of the t-shirts. My only complaint and why I gave a lower rating is that the neckline of the shirt looses it's stretch way too fast and gets saggy and ruins the look of the shirt

The material is nice and the stitching is good. The fit is good except for the neck. The neck is way too small. It is tight around my neck and feels uncomfortable.

First, love this fabric! The fit, though, was surprising and disappointing. I had to take these on a trip right after they arrived, so--worn and washed and I won't try to return them. But they're odd. The neck/collar is nice and snug, which I like, but the rest of the shirt is super baggy. They are about the size of most of the Large T's I've bought by Fruit of the Loom and others. Because I'm always 'between sizes,' I often buy larges and try to shrink them down. Mediums tend to shrink to too small. I figured this "unshrinkable" mediums would be ideal. But they're huge. I have to think anybody with biceps that big is going to be uncomfortable with a neck opening that small. Also, there is a bit of gathering/puckering where the chest joins the collar: partly because the chest is so large. I have bought other LL Bean T's in Medium and the fit was perfect, so I'm confused now about what to expect when I order.

have bought from Bean before, love the fit, only problem is the neck stretches out after on all my shirts after 6 or so months. I hang my on hangers. Last time I only bought 1, to give another try. Have had better shirts from other companies @ a better price, with out this problem. Bean does put out a nice product, just not for me. I only bye my Tees from them

I have been wearing these shirts for many years. The last ones I purchased were 2 inches longer. I'm 6'1" while these new design tees would fit a person 6'5". Big disappointment.

I just received this T shirt and it hasn't been washed or worn so I cannot comment on its quality. I am disappointed that it was improperly represented as "printed label for Tagless comfort". I can buy a T shirt anywhere. The Tagless feature is the reason that I bought this T shirt and there are two tags sewn into the side seam.

The only drawback about this shirt is that the neck opening is too large and quickly gets larger with wear. It makes for a very sloppy appearance. The fabric is comfortable and the body fit is otherwise perfect except for the neck opening as I stated previously. Color choices were excellent. Just because a guy wears XL does not mean his head is bigger than a guy who wears a Large.

I have been buying Large Tall t-shirts from LL Bean for many years. This latest purchase is substantially longer (2") than all of my others. I will be returning it. May give the Large Regular a shot, but I'm disappointed that my favorite t-shirt no longer fits me well.

These used to be my favorite T-shirts, I have purchased dozens of them over the years. The last few orders the fabric has changed, it is now a much softer fabric which stretches out throughout the day, they go from fitting fine in the morning but stretch out probably 2 sizes larger by the end of the day. Please bring back the old fabric, even if need to raise the price.

Bought these in a M for my husband who is 5'9" tall. The fit is mostly good except they are long enough to be a mini-dress. Compared to last year and there is a noticeable difference.

These shirts are perfect when you get them (go a size down the mediums are huge) but then they actually do shrink when you wash them (barely, low heat normal procedure); And the collars have some kind of elastic quality to them which is nice at first but then after sometimes even just one wash the collars get ruffled up like bacon because the elastic is shrinking. Perfect fit upon purchase with great fabric quality, excellent cuts and stitching (6'4'' 150lbs) but changes after washing. Ruffled collars are quite a disappointment and ironic considering the price and the high quality in every other area. May have to stop wearing them after only a few washes if it gets worse/can't be fixed. No other shirt I've ever owned has had this problem

I love the thickness of the fabric. I wish the neck didn't make me feel like i'm being strangled by Peter Dinklage all day. It says it's "unshrinkable", i followed the washing instructions, and they shrank just like any other shirt would. Very disappointing. They are sending a replacement thankfully. But they were aware that their "unshrinkable" shirts do in fact shrink. Anyway, the fit could be better, less boxy. But they're very comfy for lounging around or under a sweater etc. Just be aware that they are NOT actually "unshrinkable".

Shirt is quality! However, the cut is not the best for my body type.. I'm tall and athletic. I ordered an XL Tall. The shirt is boxy from shoulders to the waist. Not a flattering fit for me.

Tee shirts aren't bad except for the necks, they don't hold up and start to fray after about 30 - 55 washes and for what you pay for them, Haines is a better deal!

Soft fabric, but bad cut, like something from the 1990s. OK as an undershirt, I suppose, but that's not why I ordered it. It went back to Bean.

I have a lot of these probably almost in every color and I've not dried them but I've also tried drying them and over time regardless of use with a dryer, they ALWAYS get bacon neck after a few washes. It's awful and you look like garbage wearing a shirt like that. It's a shame really.

I've been buying t-shirts from Beans for years because the quality overall is pretty good, except the necks. They always ripple / bacon after just a few washes. Also I'd like to see more military colors like khaki and darker greens.
