the size seems not true to size. bought and EX Large was huge and returned it for large. Large was not much better. Won't be trying again since I have now spent $13 on return shipping!

I've always bought 100% Cotton tees for the guys and myself. Man made fabrics hold stains. Imagine my surprise when I was told LL Bean does not sell these anymore in white or off white. I hope this company is not following other American clothes companies, pretending to be something they are not. I am buying a good portion of our clothes from the UK- just to get pure fabrics!! And!! They are cheaper!! Bye LL Bean.

These are not true to size. I always wear a M shirt in all brands, I put in my stats in the online size calculator and got a recommendation of a M. But the shirts had shoulders that were 3 inches wider meaning the seam hung off my shoulder. The sleeves were down to my elbows and while I am 30 lbs overweight I could still bunch 4 inches on each side around the middle. By any measure the M is a L. And since this is preshrunk and they promise it wont shrink this is a problem. good quality fabric but untrustworthy sizing.

They are too short. I am regular large but these just don't fit well.

I have purchased many of these T-shirts over the last ten years. Only in the last year or so has the collar wrinkled like a crisp piece of bacon. Once this happens, they look terrible. what have you done to correct this problem?

I ordered it right after Christmas, it's been delayed twice, the other two shirts that I asked for are apparently no longer available yet. I keep Getting promotions on my email to buy more shirts??? The shirt is great. I'd like to have three more of them. Apparently you don't have any more

You guys sent me a XXL again...this is the 3rd time you have sent me the wrong size on an order in the last few years....I have never ordered the wrong size, you just send me the wrong size. It's nuts. And by the way, I end up having to pay an extra $6 for a shipping fee when you screw up this way. So get your act together...you have great product...before I find someone who has their logistics better together

Bought this for my grandson and had to return as it was too large.

Too Big, and now i have to pay extra to return it! Never again, Mr. Bean.

I've bought multiple other items from LL Bean in large, including T shirts, and they fit fine. But these T shirts are too large. To make matters worse, they're unshinkable. Inconsistency in sizes is my primary complaint with LL Bean and it's why I hesitate to buy anything from them. How can it be so difficult to ensure consistency in sizes across the brand??? So frustrating!!!

I want to love these shirts. I've bought several. Fit well, comfortable. But after just a few washings - bacon neck. Now I see numerous other complaints. Are you going to address this??

Shirt very large for a medium. Neck was oddly too right while the rest hung off the torso

I'm about 6' and 165 lbs. I wear a medium everywhere comfortably. Both mediums I got from LL Bean have a head hole that's too small, and the body fits like a tent. Sleeves also way too big. I'm guessing LL Bean is just vanity sizing it's clothes. Either way, if you are skinny look elsewhere.

Amazingly soft T-shirt that I wanted to love, but the neck is terrible! It has that bacon wavy pattern to it instead of sitting normally.

Since a stroke forced me to switch from button-downs to tees, I bought 21 Bean pocket tees, Tall XLs, in 2021 and 2022. The necks of every one them soon puckered, sagged, and folded over in front, otherwise known as the bacon neck issue in the Bean reviews. Today I filtered the reviews by searching on "neck lost its shape" and found 18 on point from 2017-2023 out of 188 total. It wouldn't take six years for management to fix this problem if it intended to.

I've purchased this t-shirt for years and think they're great. Unfortunately, the last two t-shirts I ordered were fulfilled by an LLB store. They weren't packaged and had been marked down by the store (they were full price online). One of the shirts had been washed - the collar was lighter in color than the shirt and wavy. Very disappointed - this isn't typical of LLB quality or service.

I can't believe I'm saying this; these are terrible. They are heavier and cut smaller than the 100% cotton tees with a pocket that they used to have. If this is the replacement for the older tees, I guess I will not be getting LLBean Tees anymore. They feel cheaper. They have paper tags inside on the bottom, like cheap tees. I've been shopping at LLBean since the 1970's. I've even been to the store in Maine. Big Fan, maybe not anymore.

I bought two of these as LL Beans are usually the perfect fit. After initially trying on, I thought they were ok, but maybe not my future favorite tee. I took the tags off of one and after wearing twice, I'm really not happy with it and don't feel comfortable in it. The neck is tight, the shoulders are big and boxy, and it's just really long. Glad I didn't take tags off both, I'll be returning the one with tags on it

I have purchased your Carefree Unshrinkable Tee's for years, but food stains on the more recent shirts are virtually impossible to remove. Such is the case with this shirt. I love everything about it except detergent and stain remover are of no use once greasy/oily food comes in contact with the material. I treated a couple of grease spots as per the stain remover instructions, laundered the shirt and faint spots remain. It seems that you might do well to include washing instructions with these garments because apparently something exceptional needs to be done to keep these shirts looking like new.

I bought these and within the first 2 wash/dry cycles, they developed very obvious bacon neck. The collar doesn't handle a dryer cycle correctly and ends up creating a wavy pattern. Other reviewers seem to agree with the issue

Disappointed in tshirt. Basic cotton Tshirt. Fit is boxy. Shirt looks old after 1 wash.
