Super comfortable, good arch support but not a lot of padding in the toe bed and heel so they are good for casual wear but probably not for walking the dog or a day out at the mall or amusement park.
I love every pair of Vionics I have ever had, they are stylish and comfortable and my feet love the arch support.
I'd also recommend:

Great style. Good fit. Good arch support. Not that much cush under the ball of the foot. Love that they have terry lining inside. I have a high instep and wish the elastic across the top of foot were a little longer, but I think it stretched out some.

So glad to find this slip on fabric shoe! I have a narrow foot and simply cannot wear "sneakers". But there are many occasions and places where a ballet flat or sandal type shoe won't do. This soft comfortable slip on WITHOUT loads of padding and structure will work perfectly for having a very casual "closed toe" shoe to fit the occasion. Not as much arch support as my Vionic flip flops, but enough to work. Surprised that I had to return my usual size and order a full size up. Thank goodness for Zappos!

Naot and Dansko (also Think! brand when I can locate them)

I Love these shoes. I am new to Vionic and fell in love. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable and cute. I have a very Hard time finding any shoes that fit me because my feet are very flat. Not only are they a perfect fit but also very comfortable. I wear a size 8 medium and the fit is perfect. I ordered another pair.

Love these shoes!! On my second pair now and will continue to buy them in different colors. Can wear them pretty much year-round and go with jeans, shorts, skirts, etc.

Super comfortable.! This is my third pair of Malibus.
I can wear them without socks and not get any sore/rubbing spots anywhere.
The softness does make it so that they do not have the same support as other Vionic shoes, though.

I love these! Vionic Malibu is my go-to shoe. The fabric makes them so comfortable for those of us with "toe issues". I find the arch support to be perfect for my foot. The knit is a nice fabric and a nice change from the canvas Malibu.
