My feet have high arches but also supinate (roll out); with the great (high) arch support on these it caused my foot to roll outward even more, there was no counter on these shoes for that. When I tried these on I could immediately tell "no way" for me.

I'm disappointed in these-- I've had the Vionic Tide II flip flops for about 5 years and the bottoms of them were beginning to crack so I needed to replace them. I had a size 5 in them, so that's what I ordered in these. They are definitely not made the same-- they are a tad bit shorter and the arch itself is very stiff and incredibly painful. I could not stand wearing them in the house. I'm disappointed because they're very expensive, and I loved my previous pair, but they are sadly not made with the same quality as before. I returned.

The "leather" upper looked more like Pleather, so I returned them. Not hat I expect from Vionic.

Beautiful shoe but hurt my feet terribly after wearing a couple of hours. I guess the arch support was positioned incorrectly fir my foot.

Such a sloppy fit on these shoes! The straps were too loose on both, and particularly on the left foot. I have many pairs of Vionic flip flops. I started wearing this brand back when they were still called Orthaheel, back around 2005 or 2006. I love this brand of sandals, and they've just about fixed my plantar fasciitis problem. I needed a new pair of black flip flops because they are my go-to shoes for the summer, and I pretty much live in the black ones unless I'm feeling "fancy" and want a different color to go with an outfit. Instead of getting the Tide sandals that I normally buy, I thought I'd try these. I like the detailing on the strap and thought the upgrade would be a nice change of pace, and I really liked that the sole wasn't black. There's just no way I could walk in these. The straps were so loose, my foot was falling out and I couldn't even take a step. Oddly enough, the straps on my old black Tides were getting a bit stretched out which was why I wanted a new pair. My old, stretched out black Tides that have seen miles and miles of use fit much better. This Casandra pair went back immediately. I'm thankful for Zappos free returns!

I’ve purchased Vionic brand for many years. This is the first shoe I’ve bought that the footbed is rock hard. I hope this isn’t a new trend.

I’ve purchased Vionic sandals for a long time, for the arch support and comfort. The food bed on these sandals are hard and uncomfortable. I hope this is not a new trend!

When this brand was Orthaheel the sandal was very comfortable with a deep heel cup and excellent arch support. These, on the other hand, are uncomfortable with hardly any heel cup or arch support. They are also very hard and painful to wear. I don't know why they wanted to ruin a good product.

I love the look and fit of these sandals, but the foot beds are so hard that I didn't think I would be able to wear them for long. I hope I can find some Vionics that are softer.

I was so hoping that these flips from Vionic would be good for me. I have been wearing Sole sport flips for some time, but they are currently unavailable, so I thought I would try these since Vionic is known for its superior support. I usually wear size 9M in a closed shoe, and 8.5M in sandals. So there was my predicament - order size 8 or 9? I ordered a pair in both sizes. The size 9 was a bit too long in the heel, and a bit loose under the strap. The size 8 was a better fit, but the heel almost too short. I had to return both, however, since neither held my heel securely. When I started to walk, my heel slid off both sizes. Thank you Zappos!

Great arch support and cute but just not a good fit for my feet. The length was right but they felt loose and were uncomfortable between my toes.

I love the blue color of this sandal however it is just too wide for my narrow feet. I normally wear size 9N but sometimes I can wear size8 Vionic sandals in the thong style. Not this time. The sandals are too loose on my feet. It is difficult to find consistently fitting narrow shoes, even in Munro and Naturalizer. Thank goodness for Zappos and its return policy.
