I ran 1000ish miles on two pairs of Max Road 6's in 2023. They were THE BEST. I bought the new 2024 Max Road 6's in August and something has changed. They feel tighter on the foot and the plastic below the ankle rubs quite harsh. Super disappointed, because the Max Road line has been a favorite of mine since 2022. I've moved on to different shoes and wish I could return, but I've passed the date.

I own the previous MaxRoad 5 and love it. However, the stack height of the MaxRood 6 is too much for me and I returned them. I purchased the Go Run Ride 11 instead and love them

The shoes while extremely comfortable are not a $140 shoe. Just a year ago i was able to by them for about $60, which is a fair price for them.
I enjoy walking in these shoes, but they fall apart after about 5 months or moderate use. The current price for these, considering the lack of durability is an absolute ripoff. I would rather spend the money on Hoka or On.
