Cute, comfy, functional - These are really cute and comfy. The only downside was that the heel shape is a little "dumpy". However that is what gives the shoe stability when walking so it's a pretty even trade. I have enjoyed them as a fun sporty little sandal to wear with jeans and casual skirts.

Comfy sandals! This is the second pair of Soft Napoli's that I've purchased. They are extremely comfortable despite the heel height. I will say that they are slightly wider than I expected but with the heat of the summer, they should be fine. I would definitely recommend them. Cheers

Sofft's Napoli Review - Generally, I like the shoe. My only problem with it is that the top of the heel looks a bit funny. Other than that, the shoe fits and feels good. LOVE the Bronze/brass Color!

So cute! These shoes are too cute! And I have huge feet (11W) and these actually felt almost too big width wise! (But they're not) I'm not used to such a high heel, but they look so cute and they are comfy. I am very happy with them.

They fit good everywhere except the heel. my heel constantly slipped in it. I kept the brown ones because I don't have any other Brown slip-ons, and just the left heel slips? Weird i know. I'm just going to have to load the heel up with heel pads to make them work. very wide in the heel.

Bought size 8 and 8 1/2. My normal size is 8 1/2 Narrow. 8's were too snug overall and 8 1/2 flopped off my feet. Returning both.

Shoes look very nice and they are leather, GREAT. One shoe kept coming out (it might be my foot) and both shoes, in all three pairs I tried (7 and 7.5 in black and 7 in brown), made a squeaky noise. This is something someone else noticed as well. The shoes felt comfortable on the heal but on the front of my feet they were not.

I had high hopes for this shoe as I have several pair of Sofft shoes. However, they ran a little short and they don’t offer this style in a 10 1/2.

Toe box wasn't deep enough to make my hammer toes happy. The leather was a bit stiffer than I anticipated.

I had to return these as they were slipping on my heel. I have a narrow heel& nothing I tried could help. I may try going down a half size in future.

This shoe is very rigid.

The sole of this shoe is so spongy and soft. Unfortunately, the metal ring holding the straps digs into the top of my foot. It's a cute shoe, but I have to return it.

Not what it should be - I ordered this shoe in wide and it felt narrow. I returned them. However they are cute. The review I read stated that the person had wide feet and that they were comfortable. So perhaps that person doesn't have wide feet like she think she does. I am not sure if I will try a larger size to accomadate the width. On the brighter side Zappos.com is the greatest!

Overall sorry to say this us just a very unattractive shoe

I received a pair of shoes that have been worn before. The leather was all wrinkled and the shoes had visible signs of wear on the soles. The original packaging was missing too. I needed them for work so the style was ok but I can't say anything about the fit as I didn't want to put on previously worn shoes. I packaged them back and sent them right back.
