Fabulous shoe! I’m returning it because I found something better.

The zipper rubbed on the back of my foot

They are cute but the leather is stiff and they rubbed don my ankles. I had to return.

I almost kept this shoe, but decided I only needed one pair, so kept the Clark's due to better arch support. However, these are cute, felt comfy, could have used a tad bit of arch support.

I have narrow feet, so the medium width is a little too wide, but not a huge gap ( I am used to this ). The cross strap lands high on the arch, close to the ankle so the shoes feels secure when walking. I purchased these sandals for standing all day on vacation in museums. I think they will fit the bill comfortably!

Overall, I love this shoe and wanted to keep it. They felt comfortable right out of the box. They are stylish and will go with everything for summer. I need to return them because one shoe was missing a tassle on the zipper. It is frustrating that Zappos doesn't have an exchange policy - or at least not for this shoe.

The strap pon the ankle hit right on my outside bone and did not feel comfortble.

Really cute shoes that fit perfectly except for the heel. The heel where the zipper is would cause a blister in no time. Tightening the strap doesn’t correct the problem. Sadly I’m returning.

some gap in band stretching across ball of foot. I would worry about the heel zipper failing.

The shoes were nearly two different colors. The caramel color is streaked. In most spots it’s very light and looks cool but a couple of the sections look like they had practically been whitewashed.
