These boots are geat for cold days in the snow. They keep my 16 month olds feet nice and warm. They are also nice and tall so snow stays out. The only complaint is that there is a lot of boot. The bulkyness makes it tricky for him get around.

These look like super great, warm boots, but after ordering a size up (and checking reviews for how they're sized) we discovered they were still too small and hurt my daughter's feet. Order a couple sizes up!

I bought these a couple months early in preparation for a trip to the snow. I knew my son was a size 5, so I didn't bother to try them on. Absolutely could NOT get his foot into the boot with the liners in. Pulled them out, and tried to put them on like socks before putting them in the boot. The liners probably equated a size 3. There was no way my son's foot was getting in them. We ended up doing multiple layers of socks, and that seem to work. The outer shell of the boots is super sturdy. Columbia just needs to get their sizing right. I wish I would've tried them on sooner, because now I am out of my return window.

Cute boots but they were too tight on my kids feet despite buying the size she wears.

My 18 month old daughter just moved into a size 5 toddler shoe. Based on reviews I ordered up to a 6 and I still can't get her foot remotely into this. I tried taking the liner out to put that on her foot first, and wouldn't fit with or without a sock. She kind of has a fat foot, but there was no give in the liner to even remotely fit her foot in there. I am so sad about it, because I think they would have been awesome snow boots! We have an Outlet here I'm going to try and see if they have a bigger size that will work, because the price is great.

I bought this shoe online. It seems like great quality, but it was impossible to get my toddler's foot inside of the shoe. She fits other snow shoe brands of this size without difficulty. I would suggest buying a size up for toddlers who are not helpful when trying to get shoes on.

These are very cute, but when I am buying boots for a 4 year old I know I can't really trust their judgement. So I put my hand into the boots to feel for decent insulation at the toes, cushyness, and to see if I have trouble getting my hand in the boot. We never even let Cael try these on because the neoprene (or whatever the material is above the rubber foot area) cut into my arm at the seam to the upper boot.
I'd also recommend:

Size 8 is narrower than most size 6 shoes. Length as expected.

These boots are made really well and are awesome for my toddler. However, order a size larger because they fit very tight. He is a size 4/5 and the size 5 was small enough it wouldn't even go on his foot- not even close.

Completely different color than the picture! Picture looks more rose gold/peachy pink but the actual boot is a darker plum color! Doesn't match the Columbia jacket the picture makes it seem like it would but they look good quality.

Hard to put on, had to return. Toddler daughter had a tough time walking in them as well.

The insert made the sizing too small. We ordered our child's normal shoe size (size 5), but we should have ordered a size larger since the insert shortened the length of the shoe. In essence, the shoe itself was probably the correct size (size 5), but the insert was more for a size 4. Will be returning because it was uncomfortable.

Really wanted to love these boots but they're poorly made. The Velcro strap is much too long for the boot and hangs off the end. My daughter wore them twice, and the Velcro became unstuck from the nylon and now I cant tighten the boots like I need too. The liner is super stiff, and the bungee cord flimsy. Quality is not there.

I was quite unimpressed with our size 4 boot from Columbia. I was excited to find a size 4 because our little one is an avid walker with tiny feet. They fit into the size 4, but the liners are so poorly crafted that it takes much effort to get her foot into the boot. I actually have to take out the liner and stick her foot in it separately before putting the boot on her right foot. It has a permanent bend in it. The left foot works fine. I bought them online, not in person otherwise I would not have made the purchase.

These are impossible to get on. In theory they are great, however, when you're trying to get these on a wiggling toddler they are not practical. I have 20 month old twin boys and the time and energy it takes to get them into these is not worth it.

Nice product, but they were damaged. Due to the time to get them replaced the would have been gone

This is a great boot however, the inner liner is too small. I could not get my daughter's foot in no matter how hard I tried. Finally took the liner out and noticed that it was extremely narrow. My daughter was able to wear the boot but without the liner. She wore two pairs of wool socks for cushioning and support. Her feet were warm enough but I am extremely disappointed at the construction of the inner liner :(.

I was so excited about these, I bought them for my toddler, they were great quality and seemed to be waterproof but we could NOT get them on his feet. We bought a size too large, thinking he'll grow into them, but the way the ankle area is constructed it was too hard to get his foot into them. After 2 minutes of jamming his feet into them he was almost in tears and we decided to give up and return them. Bummer, they looked too good!

I have a 17month old with size 5/6 feet. he's in between sizes right now. I thought the size 6 would be perfect fit but was disappointed when trying to but his feet into the boot it wouldn't fit. I actually tried taking out the insert inside and then put his feet in but no success. Length was good, it was tight around his heel/ankle. I recommend getting a bigger size, so it's easier to put on and off.

The Guidelines for review are that users are not to review customer service issues and it specifies to reach out to customer service. As of the last 2 days, I have waited a grand total of 2 hours on the phone. Their customer service widget simply states that customer service reps are busy and to call the customer service phone number. For 2 days, I have been over number 300 in a queue waiting to speak to a human. Step up your game Columbia. Do not buy! Could not get my kids foot in. Super stiff. Plus a protruding piece of plastic in the front by the ankle in both boots. The insert is extremely difficult to put back in. I can't believe this is a Columbia product.
