First review from a man here I think. I bought 3 pair of these in XXL, Black, Mystical, and Zephyr Pink, I'm 6', 190 pounds and very fit. I usually wear B-Smooth Seamless Hi-Cuts, but they're a little heavy for summer. I wanted to try something lighter with higher Cotton content, and the Understated Cotton Hi-Cut is perfect. They are true-to-size, very stretchy and accommodating to the anatomy, and very comfortable for all day summer wear. Going to buy more. Guys, if you haven't tried these, what are you waiting for? Wacoal, keep adding more colors, and you'll pick up more customers.

As a guy who wears panties 24/7 I can say this is a wonderful Panty. The fit and comfort are perfect and I am looking forward to adding a few more to my Panty drawer.

Would not have gotten so many of these if I had realized I could not return them even if they were not open. The waist in these is really high! It shows out of many of my pants. The description also says they are 100% cotton, but it not a soft cotton. They are very scratchy and irritating. I will not be able to use them.

Not happy at all with the fit. I ordered my regular Wacoal size and these fit too small. The leg elastic was so tight. Unfortunately they are no refund or exchange, and I ordered 4 pairs!

I prefer this style to the brief, which fits too large.

I still love the panties u had several yrs ago they were one size the fabric was great & no pinching on the butt hips or stomach. These new ones pinch & roll down make the stomach look bigger. Please bring back the older ones.

Too much lycra(15%), feels like a girdle. Not what I'd expect from the cotton panties.

These are not what I expected from the cotton panties. They have 16% spandex and feel like shapers. I'm surprised that nobody mentioned this. They look pretty, but even Medium felt too tight, and I usually wear small. I wasn't looking for shapers...but for comfort.

Ordered a small (usual underwear size and size using chart here). However, the waistband is way too tight. The material feels cheap and thin, like a multipack underwear from Walmart or Target. The cut/style is good but there is room for improvement, especially at the price point. Had to return these.

LOVE COTTON UNDERS AND THESE ARE NICE AND THIN AND HI-CUTS ARE PERFECT. I USUALLY WEAR A SMALL BUT WANT MORE COVERAGE SO MEDIUM IS BEST.

I usually wear an XS. The smallest size is S but they fit great. These are comfortable, do not make me hot, stay in place. I recommend and have myself bought several colors and placed another order.
