I don't want a sole that is not smooth and round on the sides because it makes it easier to trip when moving sideways. I love the sketchers 172070 model instead because it has smooth edges on the soles.

I've bought two other well known brand of court shoes for pickleball and found they were not comfortable, mainly lack of cushioning so decided to try Skechers as I have 3-4 pairs for gym and walking and found they were extremely comfortable. When I tried these on I noticed they had more cushion and my foot didn't hurt after a couple hours of playing indoors or outside. The problem is that the mesh material on top of my right shoe has a tear and am seeing my left is starting to do the same. For the price I paid, I received them last July and it's only been seven months. I don't use them for anything else. I only change into them at the time I am playing. I will need to replace them but am hesitant in ordering another one.

I think these are great looking shoes I think the soles and treads are great I don't love the fit. They are a bit narrow and the toe box gave me a blister on the top of my big toe Also they are not very cushiony or absorbing to hard play. I have other sketchers that are not pickleball shoes that are very shock absorbing

I wanted to love these shoes because I have worn a lot of Skechers in the past and they have always fit my feet well and are comfortable. Maybe these shoes are meant to be stiff for pickleball, but they are not very comfortable and have not gotten better as I have worn them in. Not loving them. :(

This model just wasn't comfortable for me. I have played in Skechers for a while and love them. Will be returning and going back to the previous style.

I heard great things about Skechers for pickleball and wanted so badly to love these, especially because the look was so fun. Sadly, I didn't realize this whole line is "relaxed fit," with a particularly wide toe-box. I had to return these bc my foot was sliding around even tied tightly and I was worried about injury. I have narrowish feet, but typically wear normal width shoes.

I have been looking for shoes compatible with playing pickleball. These were recommended at a couple of sites and they are fairly comfortable shoes. I found the toe box less wide than other shoes but still acceptable. At the end of the laces, they are flat and rectangular (not a rounded plastic cover tip as in other shoelaces). What made these a dealbreaker is that I cannot get them out of one set of holes at the front of the tongue to put them into the other set of holes (so I can strengthen the tie at the ankle). The hole would not fit the lace. If I had wanted to use them, I would have had to cut off the ends and put another set of laces in. Nope.

I bought these for Pickleball! I like them, bought a half size bigger 7.5 to have more room in toe box and roomier, they are too narrow, they get so hot on the court. I wish they came in wide selection too like they do for men! I wore them 2 times played Pickleball, and I never did again! If you have wide feet, these are not for you.

Fit seemed true to size they were not too narrow. I did have a difficult time removing their inserts to use my own, there was a lil break in needed for the right foot. It does say machine washable so with white I thought great, they did look good but after I noticed a small area had separated, a very attractive pickleball shoe.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks, mephisto

Very happy with the fit of the shoe. It fits true to size with comfortable insole and arch support. The only negative is that they are extremely hot to wear, feels life wearing plastic over my foot. I can't wait to take them off when I get home. I recommended to 2 friends and they agreed with me about how hot their feet felt and both returned them for another brand.

I got these shoes for pickleball and they were comfortable out of the box but now I'm getting blisters on the outsides of my big toes so I have switched back to my old shoes temporarily. Will update after the blisters are gone and I try again. Otherwise the shoes look nice and have great lateral support and grip for pickleball.

These are heavy, not breathable, and seemed to have a different insert than other Skechers. Skechers are my go to for my foot that has a wide middle area and these were not a typical Skechers, fit, didn't seem like a Skecher at all. I kept them out of need for a court shoe but I feel like I'm sticking to the court.

The description says these have a removable insole, but the insole is glued in. I was unable to try these with my custom orthotics so had to return them. Very disappointing.

I love the look of these shoes. They are stiffer than the Court Viper and are not as cushioned in the bottom. I haven't had them long enough to check durability.

have been using the viper court pickleball shoes but they have changed the model. Unfortunately, they are not as comfortable and always feel like I have to tighten them. Will have to look for a different show going forward. So disappointed

Great traction on the court however there is an inside ridge line along the toes. This line irritates my toes and has caused a deep raw sore on my toe which bled through the mesh. The shoes is also very hot to wear. I love the traction but looking for another shoe. For the price of this shoe, they were a definite disappointment.

After 4 attempts I couldn't wear these anymore. My feet were so fatigued and my big toe was hurting after playing an average of 2 hrs of pickleball each time. Really disappointed.

On inside rim of both shoes there is a seam that is rough. Both shoes rubbed a raw spot just under my ankles. These are supposed to be pro pickleball shoes, which is a high movement sport. Has to be a design flaw. This needs attention.

Initially these shoes fit, but over time they bend in the wrong spot and hurt my feet. I am no longer able to wear them.

This was a replacement for a prematurely worn shoe. I got the same size and model but it fit totally different. The replacement shoe was so stiff and uncomfortable that I haven't been able to wear it.

I normally love sketchers shoes but this shoe was very uncomfortable. It felt cheap and the material did not have any "give" at all. I had to return them.
