Best shoe I've run in for a while. Stable and fits well. I see why others like it so much. Good for long runs and speed days.

I used to be afraid of extra-padded shoes because I was worried my weak ankle would be more likely to sprain if it didn't perfectly feel the ground underneath it, but that hasn't been an issue at all. I did have to stretch my calves a lot more the first several times I wore them (and also when I have worn other shoes for a few workouts and then come back to these), but these shoes just work different muscles in different ways; I don't have a problem with that. In fact, I am happy my upper legs are working a bit harder. The most important thing for me is that my shins don't hurt. These are definitely way more comfortable than my previous shoes and my feet do feel better for longer when I am using them.

The best all rounder shoe that I've ever used. Super comfortable, is like walking/running with pillows on your feet.

One of the most comfortable shoes to run in. Light and responsive without a plate. I use it for easy, daily, recovery runs and some speed work. Logged lots of miles on it. Currently on my 3rd pair.

I love this shoe. I wanted something a little lighter than Novablast and a little more toe room than MetaRide - this is it!! Light, great cushion in the forefoot. I'm 61, 5'9" 175. The shoe is good for slow jogs but also for sub five minute miles on the Alter-G. Strong recommend this shoe.

I've got about 80 miles in these so far and they are amazing, especially for long runs. It did take me a few runs to break them in, and with my wide feet I definitely had to play a lot with the laces to run pain free, but once I got it all set up they've been the best shoes I've worn for long runs. I overpronate a good amount and these surprisingly give me support and I haven't had any issues with shins or knees

This is by far the best shoe out there I'm 200 miles into these shoes, and it's really hard not to lace them up every run. They adapt to any run really well. I try and save them for my runs 12miles plus. My only hope is ASICS keeps making these and that they are available. I don't care about the color way because the shoe is so great. ASICS don't try and change this shoe. It's perfect the way it is.

This is the best running shoes hands down, I need stability shoes and I used to run between Kayanos and GT-2000. I was concerned because they are for neutral runner but they have so much cushion that you don't even need to worry about for stability. If you consider yourself a recreational runner like me this is the best non carbon plate shoes for 5K all the way to a full marathon.

Have run a few 100 milers in the gel nimbus 23 and 24s. Tried the 25s and they hurt the outside of my foot on runs over 15 milers. They also felt a little bigger than normal, so I kept purchasing the 24s. Changed goals and wanted to finally try a marathon for time. Ran a good amount of long runs with marathon pace mixed in on the GN24s and felt good until I found these. I shaved about 10-15 secs per mile off my MP. I was a bit concerned at first when they arrived bc these felt a little big like the nimbus 25s. These shoes are fast! Tried a marathon for time and ran a 3:04, a PB by a long shot.

Asics really has a special show in the Superblast. Speed workouts, long runs, and every workout in between! The shoe is amazingly light yet very stable. Can't wait to put 300-400 miles on these and upgrade when the next version drops!

These are the second pair I've purchased and I had to "emergency" order because I am not sure if they'll make anymore of them and I have a race coming up! The Superblast have so much resiliency unlike other running sneakers that absorb your steps. I used to purchase Brooks (I am a 43 year old female who runs but isn't "a runner", I do a lot of strength training so I'm not skinny per se.) I love these and will purchase them as long as ASICS continues to make them!

A lively shoe, feels great. Most reviewers I read said to size up size for this unisex shoe, but I found sizing down size was best.

I'm a Nike guy and have just about every Nike running shoe, Pegaus, Infinity, Invincible, AlphaFly, VaporFly and the Tempo Next% (RIP). In my search for a stable shoe that would replace the Tempo, I took a tip from a friend and strayed away from Nike for the first time. Originally I bought these thinking, let's use them for long runs as they are soft and stable. After using them for a recovery run, a workout and a long run with a workout I am blow away at this shoe. I feel like it can do any type of run you throw at it. This is the first non plated shoe I have been able to hold the mid 6's in without feeling like it is work. If you are looking for a change this is the shoe for you.

It's as good as they say. Took 1-2 runs to break in during which the foam felt stiff, but I ran a race with them just a couple weeks in.

This is my preferred shoe, they carried me to the finish line on every training session up to marathon race day without a hitch. According to my training logs I get around 800 kms out of a pair. On my second pair now and looking forward to a third pair. Glad I chose ASICS SUPERBLAST.

Best long tempo shoes I have ever owned. I dare say I would run my next marathon in these versus my race carbon plated ones!

They feel better with each run. The only small issue I have is the laces, which are a little slick. Each time I put them on, I have to tie them a couple different times to get a good lock down.

Absolutely amazing shoe. Great cushion when running and feels like it really reduces pressure on knees, ankles, feet etc. This shoe actually makes running enjoyable. I would without a doubt purchase this again!

I have run with Asics - the Gel Nimbus type shoes for over a decade now. Recently, I bought a pair of the Novoblasts and thought them to be a significant improvement, very stable with good cushioning. I knew the Superblasts were hard to get hold of, so l kept an eye on the internet until a pair in my size and choice of colour came up. I have never spent 200USD on running shoes before.
Initially l did not like them, the Superblasts are higher than the Novoblasts, they are wider in the front - which is why everyone says pick a size half a size smaller than you normally do. I had bought the Superblasts in my usual size but l have a slightly wide foot, so this worked out okay. I use a special orthotic insert and a small gel pad over my toes, thereafter the fit was good. The Superblasts need time for your foot to bed in to it, l initially used my Supers for short runs and the Novoblasts for longer runs. Now l have swapped them over and l did my first 20 miler in the Supers, massive difference, feet hurt less as l rack up the miles, Less concussion up through the lower leg/knee etc.
Are they worth the money - yes.

Super comfortable for running. If you are a slow runner like me (5k, 30+ minutes) it'll take some time to adjust with the pace of the shoes. The shoes will automatically make you run faster.

This is my 4th superblast shoe. I changed over from the Gel nimbus. This one is so much better for me. Cushiony and very light feeling. I just wish they would make better colors.

This is a fantastic shoe, but if you like overly soft shoes, this may not be for you.
Excellent energy return, but sometimes it felt a bit clunky while picking up the pace, but once you have sped up to your goal pace, it's easier to maintain. The 8mm drop feels more like 5-6mm to me. Overall, it is a great training shoe, and I would definitely recommend this product.
