way too tight! I wear a M width (not wide) The photo showed tie up laces, but the shoes are a no-tie style. I am always an 8.5. These were tight on my toes, felt too short in length and just tight all over. big bummer. Usually I love my Vionics, but I have to return them.

I always wear a 10 in Vionic active sneakers and have for years. These were too short. I love the look of the sole and the idea of the sock insert. Was sad when I had to return these.

I buy tennis shoes or walking shoes a half size larger than my other shoes. Thus, I ordered 6.5. They slide up and down my heel. I can't wear them. I really think that if I would have ordered a size 6, I wouldn't have been able to get them on.

I have been wearing Vionic shoes for 5 years. I always buy the same size and they are great. These run small and I will have to give them away, since not refundable. I will never buy online again.

I love all my Vionic shoes, but not this one. The sock insert made it difficult to get on and the heel slipped when walking. I will be returning it unworn.

I wear a size 5. I have always found the sizing accurate BUT not these shoes I can't get them on my feet. Sizing was bad. I bought on sale and I don't believe I can return. Please advise. My last pair different style I have worn daily for about two years. Very disappointed in these

Does NOT fit AL ALL like previous Vionc. I usually love VIONIC, have MANy shoe. Usually purchase a 9 for ope toe shoes and 9.5 for closed toe shoes but these run at least a 1/2 to full size small, however that is NOT listed anywhere on the website and since all sale final am stuck with a shoe that is utterly USLESS to me. When I emailed the company they said they would not do anything. Very sad!

I got this shoe in my size and I am not able to even get it on my foot. I'm disappointed that I'm now stuck with it. I am a loyal Vionic shoe purchaser and would love to at least be able to exchange them.

Bought these on sale -can't return. Feel like I've been tricked. These are not like any Vionic tennis shoes I've ever purchased. They have a beach shoe type material inside where your foot goes. The laces do absolutely nothing to adjust the fit. Very disappointed . They slip on my heal and will rub a blister.

I bought this shoe on sale so can't return it. I am a huge fan of Vionic and wear Vionics most of the time. These shoes were difficult to get on my foot and were very tight. Additionally, there aren't shoestrings like in the picture. They are slip on shoes and feel 1/2 size too small. Disappointed.

The shoe was cute on the outside, but it was bulbus. My foot was free floating inside of the shoe. I was very disappointed and returned them.

The picture of this shoe is extremely misleading! It shows it with a lace you can tie. When the shoe arrived I was disappointed to realize it's a slip-on! I don't like slip-on shoes and would never have ordered one.

Just had delivered a pair of Captivate and was so excited. Nice looking shoe but after trying it on, for me, it's unwearable. Immediately had my heal hurting and had to change back to my Vionic Tokyo. I thought I was doing myself a favor getting them on sale, but they're unreturnable. If you're going to buy Vionics, make sure you try them on first. Very different shoe and not comfortable at all.

I tried this shoe on as soon as it arrived, but I could barely get my feet in due to the inner sock being really rigid and tight. It was incredibly tight on my feet (I'm just a tad wide, and I ordered these based on reviews stating these were fairly wide). Once I got them on for a test, it rubbed blisters on the back on my heels just walking around the house to test. It was bizarre that it was so tight, yet still left blisters. Not the style for me, I guess! The hunt for shoes continues.

I returned them as they came pre-tied. The ad showed them with shoelaces. I have a high instep.

Poor collar design...elasticized top is so tight and unforgiving it's almost impossible to get your foot inside (I have a very normal, average size foot.). Also shoe runs narrow. Returned them.

These run very small. I wear an 8 and had to exchange for an 8.5 and they were still too tight. I am now returning them and am going to try a 9.

I bought these a couple weeks ago and each shoe had a dirty mark on them. I kept them and wore them. Each time I take them off they smell like dead fish from something it's made from. I don't wear them very often. :(

I personally do not care for the 'inner sock' as it is difficult to put the shoe on for me.

The design of the Vionic shoes are beautiful. The colors are vibrant. I bought several pairs. Because I was disappointed when it actually was not as comfortable as I thought. very narrow shape not flexible for wearing socks. You can't wear regular socks. you will feel very uncomfortable only be worn with thin nylon socks. If you don't wear socks, it will irritate the back of your ankle, very annoying.

Did not like the fit of the shoe. Didn't feel like it was on correctly around the heel. Seemed to slip when I walked. I sent these immediately back.

I thought the gray and turquoise looked so cute, so I ordered them despite the low rated reviews. They were way too small and tight. The back of the heal seems too short, and rubbed up and down as I walked around the room to try them out. will be returning them.
