Very good quality. My only issue is that compared to other shoes they seem small and tight on my sons feet

They look cut, but I bought the wrong size & the size we need is unavailable.

Got my daughter her normal size and theyre way too small. Emailed and Facebook messaged customer service about exchanging for a larger size and have yet to hear back after almost a week

Run small , size up

I want to love these because they are so cute and my son was so excited, but the sizing is off. All of his shoes are a size 5 and are generally a little big. These size 5 were so tight he began pulling them off and we saw it was leaving a red mark.

I think they are sized smaller than other brands.

Broke with in minutes of walking in them within 5 min of school. Could be fixed but ... lot of money to have to fix js

one of them came slightly stretched out so one always falls off. He cant wear them without me constantly watching to make sure he still has both shoes on. In my opinion these are too expensive to worry about losing one all the time

I ordered 4 different pair and never received any of them.

The shoes are great, but customer service is awful. I tried to reach out for a refund as I ordered the wrong size and the order went automatically through because the shop pay app processed the order instantly

Love the shoes customer service is absolutely horrible I tried getting ahold of them 6 times to let them know I didn't get the discount on one of my orders never received nothing back very disappointed :disappointed: I am a very good customer and don't feel I should have to deal with the hassle
