I have two other pair of Hey Dudes so I ordered the same size and I can't even get my feet in them, in fact I can't even get my toes in them plus the shoes I ordered are black and the ones I got are light gray.

Zero support.

It was still too small even though I'd order a full size up from my normal shoe size... plus, it looked cheap. I sent it back.

Doesn't fit right at all. Poorly made as well.

Horrible experience with purrightnoff website. Took 2 months to get my oder finally delivered. Every time I got ahold of Customer service (via chat) all they did was make it a new order which made it even longer to deliver. Love the shoes but will never order from the company again. Learned my lesson will use Amazon or just go to a shoe store that sells them.

They never shipped had to file a paypal claim

Never received the shoes, got billed for them. Can't get Heydude to refund my money. I have about 10 pairs of Heydudes, but no more. I will never buy another pair......

I ordered the Sirocco dual knit green size 13 mens, I received the sparkling Wendy size 9 women's...

The shoe is well made and good looking. It is too short. I have 2 other pairs of Hey Dudes in another style and they fit great so I bought the same size for this pair. Too short. Perhaps the extra cushion pushes my foot forward too much but theyre just too short.

Way too small! Every shoe I wear is a 13 yet these are not even close. Will never buy online again!

Unfortunately my shopping experience was terrible. I ordered the shoes waited 2 weeks and they still hadn't shipped. After contacting customer service they were very willing to reorder the shoes.. unfortunately the trip I had planned was coming up too close and didn't have time to wait to receive the New order so I requested my money back. I definitely understand no businesses are perfect and things happen however they asked me to review a shoe that I never even received. Not only that I get about six emails in the first week asking if I was ready to order my secons set of shoes when my first one's hadn't even shipped yet.

Would have been great had I got the correct color or a response from customer service on receiving the wrong item. I messaged 3 different times thus far with a picture and order number and no one has contacted me or tried to fix it!

I was told they run small per the website. They run very big. not a fan as how cheap they look. They appear like a blue light special for us older folks.

I expected the show to be as comfortable as others I have. Unfortunately they are stiff and the ride is too firm from whats expected.

Ordered 14 and they are way too small. No 15s in stock

I haven't received them!!!!! Or have gotten my money back!!!!!

I ordered a 14M, i usually wear between a 13W and a 14, it was far too small so I gave it to my son.

Very disappointed. Original package was lost. Second package was never processed. Took 4 weeks before I finally requested a full refund.
