I ordered men size I want women size 8 I want exchanged how I send shoe back for exchange it

I like the product. Looks great but within one day of wearing the decorative stitching on side has come out. One third was out before noticing.

Had to return these, online they looked like a deep rusty red. In person, more of a pink flamingo look.

These were not red, they were like a coral color. Not as they appeared online. Had to return them.

Too small. I purchased the exact same size that my husband wears in all Hey Dude shoes and these were too little. I was so disappointed.(especially when I was told they could not be returned or exchanged. I sent an email in hopes the company would exchange or give a credit for these. ) My husband really liked them.

A huge disappointment in the pictures the color looks brownish red.The actual color is an orange pink color. Unfortunately, no returns accepted on this shoe. So I lost money and my husband will never wear them.

Those were not red. Very, very pink.

No half sizes are crazy. 10s have my toes jammed in there, 11s I get a blister on both feet. I think I'm just going to eat the $60 and say I tried them didn't like them

Did not arrive on time. Did not fit, possibly mislabeled. Found out Hey Dude is owned by Crocs, which is owned in China. No US based customer care. Poor purchase. Will not buy again.

Did not receive my shoes. This company will not answer emails back. Did not receive my money back.

Extremely uncomfortable I refuse to wear them and will never by another pair

I keep getting these emails and I haven't received either pair I ordered. Im done with this. I you can't deliver it doesn't matter how good you gear is.

I ordered them several weeks ago and they have yet to arrive. UPS said that there was a transportation accident and that my shoes (2 pairs) were destroyed and they were going to contact Hey Dudes to inform them. I have yet to here from the shoe company.

I purchased a pair on sale in a size 12. When I received them and tried them on they felt more like an 11 1/2. I tried to exchange but was told they were final sales. So now I have a pair in my closet that just sits there.

12 size to big and 11 to small ? No half sizes very sad

The shoes never arrived. They don't list a phone number to call so I contacted customer service through email. I got no response. A week later, I contacted them via chat, they told me to wait an additional 10 days then I could request a refund. I waited another 10 days and the shoes still did not arrive, I had to contact them for a third time and they finally refunded me. I felt they should have offered some sort of discount towards the next pair of shoes to show they appreciate their customers, but they did not. Nor did they apologize for the lack of response through email. Will never order from this company again.

slip off when walking, fits length though. can you tighten with the tie & knot?

When I ordered, I had a 15$ off offer. That is why I was buying a second pair of this color. The website finalized the order without letting me apply the offer or seeing if there was a military discount. I guess with my credit card linked, it was an easy scam. I have sent 2 emails asking for help, but you guys apparently are too self serving to help one lowly customer save a few bucks. Good job on the scam tho. I am guessing this is my last pair of hey dudes, and I have a good story to try and discourage others to buy from you!

Customer service will not respond to my dilemma. I wound up paying for the shoes and giving them to my daughter because I was frustrated with the fact that the sizes are not clear on the order page
