Do not order these shoes they are crappy quality or what they charge! I bought three pairs for my husband, don't make the mistake I did. They ripped the seams and when you reach out to them, they tell you there's nothing they can do for customer wear and tear.

The left shoe developed a hole near tip of shoe. Only wore 5 times, however, the shoe was under warranty and they replaced them. I just hope that the second pair does not do the same.

It suggested on your website that if your in between sizes to order the larger size which I did and they are too big

Shoes are ok i guess. It took me two different order to get one pair of shoes. The second order I placed, had to pay 16 for a 3 day shipping (which i got in 4 days)as the first order hadn't shipped within 3 weeks. I will not order anything directly from this company again. To have called several times to complain, no offer was made to help get the shoes out quickly. Instead got, because everything was high in demand.

They came and they where to small

These shoes are the third pair I ordered that are way too small. I would recommend that you check you sizing. They just took a size 12 and put it as 13

The HeyDude company is very strict on their return/exchange policy which says only 45 days after purchase. They just kept on repeating, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but I can't help you." My shoes were too small and I was 4 days late. They lost a customer in me, as I won't be ordering again. Life happens and customers should be shown some grace.

I wear the same size in all of your shoes and these said they were a 9 but were huge. Customer service would not respond. Terrible customer support

They ripped 2 days after wearing them

The order was delivered wrong, and after contacting customer service and asking them to send the correct pair of shoes and for my inconvenience what they were going to do for me all she can provide how to send back the incorrect pair of shoes which was totally an inconvenient again to me. HeyDude should do better with your customer service and how they send your orders. I ordered two of the same shoe and one pair was correct and one pair was incorrect. How does that happen?

I never got them! It had my former address and I didn't realize it until I already ordered. Then your customer service department said they could do nothing. I contacted the people that bought my house and told them and they said no problem. One pair was delivered, these were returned to sender. I had ordered them for a Fourth of July party we were going to be attending. I was very disappointed that your service department couldn't do something to help as I contacted them, literally minutes after the order was placed.

Never received shoes,

I never received it! I called everyone and tried to get it re-routed to my house, and no one did anything. The company didn't refund me, the postal service didn't do anything. Horrible. I'd give it zero if possible.

I have worn Dudes for over a year now and have owned at least 10-12 pair. I have wide feet and they have always been a super comfortable and easy to wear shoe for me. I wear a size 9.5 wide in regular sneakers, but I have been able to get away with buying size 9 in Dudes. My buddy bought these same shoes and said they felt tighter than others he had purchased so when I ordered mine I got a size 10. Needless to say, I cant even get them on my feet. They have almost zero stretch to them. I didnt return them because they werent even shipped in a box, it was just a plastic bag that was torn apart when I opened. I usually hit in a store so I can try them on first, but there were many more styles on line. Shame on me, I guess
