I have plantar fasciitis and and very picky about my shoes because I need the support. These slip on so easily, wear as comfortable as house slippers, and have the strength/support of my normal tennis shoes. Absolutely fantastic! By far my favorite!! I say width runs normal, but they're meant to fit a little loose. My tennis shoes size is an 8, I went with a 7 in HD because 8 was a little too big for me.
