These look dark grey on the website but they are very light grey in person

Normally size 9 fits.but these were too big. And it takes forever too do an exchange. Need too work on a faster process

I ordered the wrong shoes, I needed Wendy's not Wallys. They are too big, like Clown shoes on me.

My husband wore them to work for the first time and the seam of the top of the shoe ripped open. The shoes were not the wrong size either.

Yours lucky to get a 1 sat.. I will not buy another pair... Your customer service is the worst, no one ever responds back to me, this last time I bought shoes from y'all you shipped them to my old address in California which I don't know how ya ever got that address... Someone there was nice enough to ship back of course at my expense and I also wanted slade not navy... I'm done.. Keep it up your going to go out of business and this point I hope ya do... I normally don't say this but it's how I feel... I have not even put them on to try it
