A little too big. No 1/2 sizes

Was never notified my order was lost in transit. Had another pair charged on my credit card without being told anything. Within 4 days of complaining about not receiving my order I received 2 of the same pairs. Very odd

Wrong size, too big but they are out of size I need to exchange

First off on the comfort scale I only rated average because I will probably fit better in a size up and wide toe. That is what I ordered on my second pair and I think that will make them very comfortable. Second, as far as the color, I would rate Terrible. I realize the picture might be off slightly, but not this bad. I expected Terracotta, what I got was Salmon. Wayyyy too pink. Not happy. Third, ( and you're going to lose customers over this) on my current order I couldn't get both the 15% off and free shipping no matter what my choices were. THAT STINKS. If I am entitled to both as a good customer, then I should get both. Don't toy with your customers like that. Wrong on many levels. There is lots of competition out there with free shipping. Clean this up.

poorly executed

My second pair of HeyDudes! Not impressed with this pair. A men's size 10 feels like a size 8. Very small. I gave this pair away.

Ordered these in brown size 14 way too small, then I ordered these in green size 15, way too big. I have to wear 2 socks and pull the strings tight, when I do that the fabric folds in a weird way near the toe. Was really looking forward to these.

Great quality. Size ran big, the store would not exchange for me. They are saying I have to exchange online and thats very inconvenient.

I've used hey dudes a lot and I love it but this specific part I don't like as much it's very very wide and I didnt like how they looked

Very stiff, smaller and narrower compared to my last Hey Dude shoes. Had to get the next size up. They are taking a long time to break in.

Like much more gray in the photos, looks very white upon arrival.

Shoe looks gray on website but in real life they are almost very white.

Quality of shoes was great as always, but they didn't fit. My husband wears a size 17 and they weren't a true 17 unfortunately.

Bought size 17 for my son and he can't wear them. They are too small, my husband who wears 15's fits them so they must run small.

I've been wearing dudes for a few years. These one aren't the same as past pairs. Definitely not as comfortable as previous pairs. My wife had a similar experience recently. Hoping the comfort and quality of this brand isn't going downhill as it scales.

Little snug for the size, and the color doesn't appear as the picture. Close but noticeable difference.

I have high arches and after a couple hours of wear my feet start killing me! I think a little more insole cushioning would be a nice addition

Very nice; but they run small. Super bummed I ordered for Fathers Day; paid rush shipping $20+ to get here on time. They didn't get here on time but then had to return them because they were too small (my dad is a classic 12; these were tight). But going up a half size isn't an option and a full size would be too big.
