I just received my black Chelsea boots yesterday and took them out for their initial wearing today. I am so in love with the toe shape! It's such an elegant take on a traditionally rugged style and I am here for it!! Margaux team: consider making these in olive green or something fun like magenta!

It was so nice to hold a quality shoe in my hands - so tired of all the cheap ones! These smell so gorgeous and they are incredibly comfortable. I loved them. Sadly I have thick ankles and the boots squeezed at the sides - it was not a good look. The slightly western heel also was not the most flattering on me. I was really impressed by the fast shipping and lovely packaging - so sad to have to return. I am pretty solidly 8.5 in almost all shoes, and the 39 was perfect. They were snug but I could tell that would have been perfect after breaking in. The almond toe was a unique and fab addition. These are definitely a stand-out boot, not your typical chelsea.

Ever since hearing these were in the works I've been excitedand they did not disappoint. They fit very similarly to my Downtown Boots (I ordered the same size) and have handled snow and ice well, letting me walk to my car w/o slipping and no stains or watery marks at all. I have a high instep and boots without zippers can be difficult to put on. I wasn't sure if I'd need my trusty shoe horn with these, but the elastic panels and pull tab made pulling them on (and off) easy.

I've been waiting for a lower heeled boot of ours for ages, and this is the perfect casual, all-day addition to our lineup of boots. The lug sole is a little sportier, and adds the durability I need for running around the city. I wear a 38 M in all of our shoes, and stuck with this size of the boot, as I like a snug fit. Cannot wait to wear this all day, every day!

I may be biased, but I think this is one of our best boots yet. I love the toe shape in particularit's surprisingly feminine and elegant for an otherwise hardworking shoe. I normally wear a US 8.5-9 and in Margaux take a 39 in most styles, including our other boots. Since I wear our Chelsea with light and medium-weight socks, like our cotton-cashmere ones, this size worked perfectly for me. P.S. I can't wait to take Sand color for a spin with light-wash denim and floral dresses come spring.

This is going to be my new go-to boot! It didn't require any break-in time, and fit exactly as hoped. I typically wear a US 6.5, and I sized up to the 37.5 (US 7) in this style, as I plan to wear them with thicker socks. They fit perfectly, and the Sand color goes with everything. Love!

I LOVE these boots but they were narrow to the point they did not feel like breaking them in would work. I am almost alway an 8.5 in shoes (never a 9, sometimes an 8) and I never need wide shoes. However, I notice that Margaux brand comes in 3 widths so maybe the medium width is a little more narrow and I need the wider width. Alas, the wide is not available in the size and color I need. Other than the fit these are really nice boots and exactly what I was looking for - alhtough maybe a little pricey for what they are. I am on the fence about ordering in another color as I really want black. Maybe they will come back in stock in the wide width.

I love my boots. The treatment that is on them to make them waterproof really works and makes them a practical show. They run a tiny bit small and I definitely should have sized up or gotten the wider width.

I wanted to love them, but these boots were no better than those in my closet. Back they went.

Loved everything about this boot except for the regular size width and the ankle opening were too narrow for me. Such a bummer as I love the look of a Chelsea boot and dont have the same issue with other Margaux boots. Wish the fit was more forgiving.
