I always wear size 41 in Naots, and the narrow to medium sandal line (called Elegant) always fits me perfectly. So I bought these in 41 (I wear 9.5 shoes -- so Naots run short) and love them in the bright summery Marigold color. Not quite flat -- which is what I want -- I can't wear flat flat. These will be my everyday sandals this summer with everything. I'm going to love the bright color with any other color!! Fun!!

These sandals are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I love, too, that they're velcro - it makes them much easier to put on/take off. Only advice/complaint is the sizing. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5, the latter mostly for boots that I need to wear thick socks with. Thankfully, I took the advice of other reviewers when ordering - the 10 fit perfectly. So size up!

The straps are narrow which makes them a nice cross between a dressy sandal and a sporty one. I got the Oily Bark Nubuck color which will go with most colors, but I wish they came in a natural color leather which would compliment my skin tone. I wear a size 8 shoe and that's what I got... the fit was spot on. The cost is a bit more than what I normally pay for sandals, but as the old saying goes, "If the shoe fits, you have to wear it." And, that's what I intend to do!

Pretty, but very short and narrow

Seriously disappointed. especially at this price point. The overall style is excellent but the workmanship feels cheap and makes no sense. It uses just a narrow velcro strap for closure--not obvious from the pictures-- and adds a buckle that is purely decorative and readily falls off. The footbed cork padding layer is too thin to provide comfort over any distance of walking.

Beautiful, well-made, excellent arch support, and very comfortable.

These are beautiful sandals and I wish I could keep them. They're just a bit narrow, and I don't think they come in a wide width. I'll check.

These are fabulous sandals! I have been loving the Naot Sabrina sandals and wanted another Naot sandal in just black. These are so comfortable and stylish! I wear them everywhere and they look and feel amazing. Love love love.

Super cute sandals and soft, super comfy textures, but they were very narrow. Wanted to love them if they'd been a little wider! Also make sure to size up a half size or so.

This sandal was a bit disappointing. The fit was off (too wide) and the material felt a bit cheap. I have other shoes in this brand that I've very happy with, so perhaps just a bit of a "miss" on this style or perhaps just this one pair. Who knows....!

Shoe was attractive but much too narrow and short in length

Fit was true to size. Very comfortable to walk in , even on cobblestones.

The fit of the Paticia was narrow enough for my small feet. However, the only color available in my size was not one that I will wear. Therefore I am returning this pair of shoes.

I usually wear a 5.5 Wide (size 35 Wide Birkenstocks), and ordered the European size 37 based on reviews that said these run small. I was concerned that they might be too narrow, but they fit well. The footbed is slightly padded, which I was not expecting, and they are quite comfortable. I was looking for dressier sandals to wear with black pants to take on a river cruise, and found these after trying Keens and Orthofeets. They are just what I was looking for, although they are on the expensive side.

Love these sandals. I usually wear an 8.5 but ordered up to size 9 as reviews said they run short. The 9 (40) fits perfectly

Love these Patricia Naot sandals. They are comfy right out of the box!

True to size. Very comfortable footbed - good firm support with a slight lip around the edges. The ankle strap has Velcro so securing and adjusting is easy. The toe straps are soft and in just the right place. Very happy with this design. This was my 3rd try for a perfect Naot. Zappos made it easy to return and reorder until it was as right:)

I wear a narrow and these sandals actually work pretty well for me. Glad to find something with good arch support and stylish.

Extremely comfortable! Soft footbed, the kind that molds to your feet instead of having a hard arch built in.

Same size as my Birkenstocks. I have narrow feet (although I have never ordered narrow footwear) and these fit perfectly. They feel so comfortable from the time you put them on until the time you take them off. I’m on my feet all day and walk at least 10,000 steps and could keep walking if I had too. Love them!

I am a true size US 5, but the US 4 which is EU 35 in this sandal is what fit better. I had to return the EU 36 = size US 5. Sandal so far has been comfortable, well made, easy to put on and looks stylish.

Great fit and size is true. The leather bootbed is terrific. I will happily and comfortably wear these !
