No cushion on the insoles. Extremely flat and uncomfortable after short time walking. It feels like youre walking on the ground. There is no support for foots arch. Disappointed. Its missing quality in relation to price. I like the design.

These are super cute and comfortable. They are so comfortable there was no need to break them in, just put them on and went about my day. The color is fantastic and is easy to pair with any outfit. Love them

Very pretty shoe but a little tight through the toe box, even going up a half size. Probably would fit OK after breaking in, but didn't want to risk it. Returned.

Ive worn this shoe in lots of colors forever and find its a great and reasonably priced ballet flat, holds up well, and a wardrobe go to always when I need a flat!

Ive had six Felicia ballet flats. I buy medium fit.
This is my first purchase of the Luxe model. The front of these model are wider, but what I dont like is that for some reason the shoes dont fit right, kind of loose on the edge (the length is true fit but the shoe opening/rim is wide), shoes come off my feet so I do some effort with my walk to keep them in.

The new design with the more openness across the toes causes the edging to rub my 3rd, 4th and 5th toes, creating some discomfort. The new heal design is loose on my narrow heals. I much prefer the Felicia Ballet Flat design which causes no discomfort and heels fit very nicely.

Super soft and comfortable. Worth every penny. Will enjoy travelling in them. Color true to screen or a tad bit brighter. Runs true to size.

As someone who has worn Felicia flats for almost 7 years and bought probably 10-20 pairs of Felicia flats in different colors, I would say the luxe version isnt exactly an upgrade.
The back of the shoes keeps falling off which never happens with the classic Felicia flats. In addition, the sole padding seem to be removed as well. So the comfort level is reduced from 10/10 to a 8/10.
But the style looks a bit cuter in my opinion :)

I was super excited to try these Sam Edelman Ballet Flats! I was disappointed that they were cut so narrow! They are beautiful and well made! I would recommend them, but I would love to see a wide width version!

I only gave this a 3 star for 2 reasons. I re-ordered these after owning a pair just a few years ago but paid a lot more this time around. For $150 the quality of the sole is not great. I like the shoe style and am limited with a size 12 with fashionable shoe so I took this to my cobbler for improvement.

These are a simple, cute and comfy ballet flat. Soft leather. Easy to slip on. They look great and can be worn with almost anything. They do run a bit big so size down 1/2 size. Great shoe to have in your closet!

I'm normally and 8-8.5. I ordered these in an 8.5. Wow, all I can is these were way to large. I did not reorder a size down as I didn't think they would provide any support.

I was skeptical about getting these ballet flats because Im not a good person, at all. But, I absolutely love these flats so much! They are so pretty and match so many outfits!! The color is so nice! They are very comfortable too! I wore these all around Vegas while on vacation. These shoes are perfect for the day and running errands. They are also perfect for a night on the town or date night with your handsome fellow. They fit true to size. Id definitely recommend these!!!

These Sam Edelman Felicia Luxe Ballet Flats are super cute. They go with way more of my outfits than I thought they would. They are very comfortable. I can wear them for my whole workday without issue. This is the type of shoe that Id like to own in multiple colors. Id get these again.

These are a very cute and comfortable pair of flats. I have probably purchased 10+ other (and more expensive) flats that I have returned because they are either totally uncomfortable or make me look like an old lady (which I kind of am, but still!!). Finally I have found a pair that were comfortable from the get-go and really feel like they have good support. I think ultimately we want to wear flats for all day comfort to be able to walk around but still look stylish, and these definitely fit the bill. I got the black and they are a very nice matte black. I pretty much always wear a 10 and these were true to size. I'm very flat footed and these provided comfort all day. I got compliments as well! My only complaint is that the Sam Edelman name and label on the inside basically wore off in the first wearing. Not really a deal breaker but they end up looking old when you take your shoes off which no one really wants. But ultimately I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.

I love these shoes! They are so cute and comfortable. I was skeptical on if they could actually have enough support since they don't look supportive at all. I am able to wear them all day without problems though. One thing to note. When I first got them and tried them on they were pretty tight. Had I tried them on in store I would've bought a half size bigger. However, after wearing them for a bit they fit perfectly and are super comfortable now. So if you first try them on and they feel too small give it a bit of time and they'll probably stretch just enough.
