The slingback strap is not adjustable and would not stay up on my heel, kept falling down. I will be returning these shoes.

I love the look of this beautiful pump, I even purchased inserts to try to make these work for me. With a weekend long wedding, I need true comfort and fit and I did not have that with these shoes. They were loose across the instep and even across the back sling.

Beautiful shoe. Good fit in the toe box, but there is no way to adjust the heel strap for a snugger fit. Returning the 10.5 for a 10 and hopefully that will fit.

These pumps are unusually comfortable for a sling back with a heel. The heel is not that tall + square so that's more stable than a stiletto but, still, they almost wear like a flat shoe. I'm very pleased with the fit since I can wear them all day without issues.

I was looking for a low heel that I could wear comfortably all day and these ones fit the bill. They are stylish enough to wear with slacks or a dress for work and have the most comfortable soles. I am very impressed with how comfortable they are and of course the leather is beautiful as I would expect from Cole Haan.

Wish I'd read other reviews before purchasing! The shoe fit well and was comfortable, but as many have said, the heel strap is not adjustable and was way too big. Unfortunately it's a no-go.

Gorgeous shoe, but unwearable. The length is as expected, but the back strap is comically too big. I have narrow heels, but the strap doesn’t even touch any part of my foot.

The inside of the sling is rough and scratches the side of my lower ankle. I have worn them twice and each time they have left a bleeding scratch. They are otherwise beautiful.

The suede is very stiff and not comfortable. The slingback scratches the back of my ankles and gave me blisters.

Love these slingback pumps. Very comfortable and still stylist. The shoes run regular size in the toe area so they will be tight if you need a wider area for more room. I purchased these as I need rubber soles due to back issues. These were perfect. Very pleased with these shoes as I usually am with Cole Hann.
