This design is generally simple and low-key, but it is very attractive. The leather is soft and feels very comfortable to the touch. It has a very large capacity and looks very good when worn on the body. It can be matched with any clothes.

My wife ordered this purse from a retail department store and it was never delivered. She had to fight to get her money back, fortunately she did. She rarely spends that much money on herself and stated the one time I do, its lost in the mail. Every time I try to surprise her Im never successful. Well, this time I was. I was able to figure out which purse it was and ordered it directly from TB. It arrived just in time for Christmas andshe was totally surprised and extremely grateful! It made the both of us very happy! One of my best Christmas ever!

I purchased this item with the expectation of receiving quality customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. The sales associate in-store assured me that a 15% discount would be applied for first-time customers. However, upon reviewing my purchase, I discovered that the discount had not been applied. When I contacted customer service to address this discrepancy, I was informed that they were unable to assist me and that I should resolve the issue directly with the store. I am perplexed as to the purpose of a customer service department if they are unable to address such matters. This error was made by a Tory Burch employee, and it is now incumbent upon me to rectify the situation. This purchase, intended as a gift for my aunt, a loyal customer of the brand, has left me disappointed. I am disheartened by the level of service I have received and am seriously contemplating returning to my preferred brand.

Very disappointed. This was my first purchase at Tory Burch. The salesperson told us we were eligible for a 15% discount on our first purchase, but it was not applied. Once back home, I contacted customer service to have the discount honored. After 10 days and only after I followed up twice, nothing has been resolved. Their response was that they couldnt help me and that I had to sort it out directly with the store, despite the fact that Im currently out of the country.

I am absolutely in love with my new Sift Fleming Bag. The quality is just outstanding. Details and the style make up perfect classy looking bag. Its also pretty spacious. Phones, keys, make up, pack of gum, credit card, money- all fits no problem!

This bag is beautiful! Its elegant and classy, and fits a lot! Worth every penny. The only thing I was a little surprised about is the cloth sides (or fabric) I wish the sides were leather like the rest of the bag, but its still absolutely gorgeous and Id recommend it!

This bag is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. However, when the bag is placed on the table it does not stand up but falls either to the front or back. Ive called the South Coast Plaza store about this twice since the end of December, left a message and they have not returned my call. I just wanted to know if this is a defect or if its to be expected.

Its very nice leather looking online, thats why I purchased it. I did not expected side of the bag are suede, thats my disappointments

I needed a small bag for a night out to dinner or special occasion. After returning several that were too small, I found this one that holds everything I need (phone, card case, readers, lipgloss) comfortably. I have also carried everyday since I bought it because it is a perfect everyday bag.

I love this bag! I have it in the dove grey color. Its so beautiful. Fits all my things including phone, small wallet and keys. There is room to spare. The chain pulls through the grommets with ease and much more smoothly than my Chanel classic flap.
