This bag is beautiful and well made. The leather is beautiful and the size of the bag is perfect. Not too big but roomy enough for an every day bag. Highly recommend.

I love the fact that it holds everything i need to carry, including two phones, and doesn't looked over stuffed and isn't too large. I can also wear it cross body when traveling or carrying too many things, which I often do.

After searching for months to find the perfect everyday to evening transition bag, the Fleming exceeded every expectation. Tory Burch has always impressed with leather goods, but the quality, craftsmanship and functionality of this bag are perfect. The leather is beyond soft, all of my essentials fit well without the bag bulging or looking overfull. This includes sunglasses, which has been my main reason for returning other designer bags during this search. I couldnt be more pleased with my new bag selection. Thank you to the design team for a classically beautiful and functional handbag.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the purse and the company. Despite being labeled as a "luxury brand," I have found better quality purses from SHEIN. I've purchased two Kira Chevron Convertible Shoulder Bags and had to return both due to weathering issues. Currently, I own a Fleming soft convertible shoulder bag, which is weathering so severely that I'm reluctant to use it. I'm sharing this review in hopes of preventing others from making the same mistake and wasting their money on Tory Burch purses.

Such a beautifully made purse. Very classy and versatile! I do wish there was a shoulder strap, but overall a great addition to my collection.

My husband bought this bag for me for Christmas. After only 2.5mos the leather is wearing along the trim on the entire edge of the bag. Will be calling customer service tomorrow.

Very nice bag. Love the placement of the exterior logo, love the chain strap, as well as the interior organization and light color. However, the bag needs a slight redesign to be more functional, since (IMO) it's designed to be a everyday bag. It desperately needs a back pocket, like the Kira and feet -so that it stands up. It's too bulky, and loses the upscale look lying on a table at dinner. I'm not always one to throw my bag on the back of a chair. Too risky, especially during the holiday season. These two essential things are very much needed for the functionality of a bag of this type and size. Returned.

This is my first Tory handbag and I am in love!! This bag does not disappoint. I am a mom on the go and was a little worried that it might now be spacious enough for everyday use, but I was mistaken. I can dress it up, down and it has enough room for everything that I need! I also love the color. I would classify Navy Day as a deep cobalt blue. I have received so many compliments on it and I've only had it a week. Would highly recommend.

This bag is the perfect size. I love that there is a separate pocket for my iPhone 13 Pro, receipts, lip gloss, etc. I usually buy black bags but thought this color was stunning. The color is even richer in person. So glad I took a chance!
