The heel is to low , compare to the design that's looks elevated. The cushion is nice but can't walk further by these shoes

Hi, Have 4 to 5 shoes that I've used over the last 5-6 years. Loved the marketing and the images on the shoe. Once I received it, it felt a little too bluish and glossy on top. Compared it with my son's Nike kill shot and yes, there was something off.. but apart from that, great brand and hopefully nice shoe..

Leather doesn't look as high quality as others so they do not look as dressy and inexpensive. Hence probably why you can get them so inexpensively! They are comfortable to wear and lightweight. Once I break them in or grow calluses where the back of my ankle hits, they will be good additions to the wardrobe.

They were comfortable but the size 10 ran a bit larger than usual. Also felt there was too much white in the design, would have preferred a sleeker design.

I am a huge fan of Cole Hann and have many different pair. These ones fit differently and are very narrow at the toe. First pair I can honestly say, the fit is disappointing. Otherwise Great Quality!

Cole Haan makes wonderful, good quality shoes does has terrible quality control on dyeing them. British Tan on one Grand loafer vs a laced Grand or even a Nantuckt(spelling?) can be very different. One looks like a saddle dyed leather the other painted brown. I have mostly Cole haan shoes but avoid the painted brown leather, I usually get these on line and return them. Other stores usually have what I want in Cole Haan or other manufacturers. The blue are fine, nothing special. I usually buy one of each but when I get painted brown shoes I return them both.

Didn't fit me great, so I returned them. I got the wide size, which wasn't really wide enough in the toes but was far too wide for my heels. Also, the shoe is light, which is nice, but it doesn't really scream quality for the price. A little stiff as well.

Great style, support and cushioning. Unfortunately, size 11 that is and has been my Cole Haan size doesn't fit properly. My foot slides up and down as I walk. I've submitted an exchange request for a 10.5 and am hopeful this may work.

Loved the fit and the style but didn't love how the sole and shoe were such different shades of the white...in the pictures it looks like one shade of white however the sole was more off white than an actual white

Stay away from these shoes. They are not the usual Cole Haan quality. The back of the sole started to unglue after just two weeks of use. The leather feels more like plastic than leather thus the shoe itself is somewhat uncomfortable.
Bought this pair to take on a six-week trip. Used them every day for a week and decided to take them on the trip. At first, I felt something weird in one of the shoes when starting the step and thought it was something I stepped on, after a while this started to happen more frequently, and I started looking at the floor looking for the thing I thought I was stepping on, but saw nothing, until I realized it was a piece of the back sole that was separated at both ends and that was causing the stepping on something sensation. I had to stop using the shoes as I tried to glue the back sole, but it kept separating. I'm at the point in which I'm about to give the shoes away so I don't have to keep carrying them and occupying my bag space so I can return them when I get back to the USA.

Its a very nice shoe but beware for those that have wide feet or even a minor bunion as they still run slightly snug. The toe box is okay, but I chose to return these because it was tight at the pinky toe (and I don't have a tailor's bunion). Overall, the quality of the shoe is nice which I see why its a little more on the pricier side. The nice part is that you can take the insole out and insert orthotics.

The size is way off. I wear a 12 usually including other Cole Haans. Originally bought and 11.5 that were huge. Retuned (another process issue that should be fixed). Bought an 11. To tight. Since my return was not processed as a replace, I bout the 11 as not returns. Disappointed as the shields look great, there is no consistency in sizing and now I own a pair that is too snug. Will stick to just ZeroGrand dress shoes in the future.
