Loafers ran much too wide

Shoe size fits good but the comfort level is pretty bad..:/

I really liked the design and hence went ahead and ordered as I really like the brand and their quality. I have had penny loafers and never had problems. THis design however is poorly made. The shoe is comfortable however the back flap really hurts the achilles and scuffs. I wear 11.5 and i ordered a 12 and I know its not just this shoe , i ordered 3 different colors, fabric and all have the same problem !

The material that touches the back of the foot is very hard. The shoe is uncomfortable.

I ordered a size 8.5us and runs way bigger. I was not allowed a return

I have a few versions of the penny loafer, but these suck. The back tab rubs in a bad way when you wear these without socks. I originally bought them for a resort that had dress code for dinner. I figured due to the mesh they would be perfect- sadly they rubbed blisters on both heels. I've tried them a few times and each time I've ended up taking them off and regretting it.

The sole is high and makes me feel offbalance from time to time

I understand shoes need to be broken in, however, not only did they cut up my feet. They destroyed the socks I was wearing. I typically would have worn them without socks but I figured they needed to be broken in. Come on Cole Haan I thought you were better than this!

I could only wear these once because they shredded my Achilles.

I was excited to buy this shoe. Looked really nice when arrived. However, left foot shoe was bitting from right above the ankle. I have to return it. Would have looked really nice but it did not had good experience wearing it.

A badly crafted shoe. It's unbelievable a company like this to make a show with materiel and fit that literally injure your foot at the back of your heel.
