I wear 12EE shoes so I ordered the Grand Laser in 12W. My previous Cole Haans have fit quite well in 12W and 12M has been tight in forefoot but stretched over time. The Grand Laser is beautiful and the fit in the forefoot was comfortable, but the mid-foot and heel are way to wide and sloppy, so they did not stay on my foot when I took a step. There was so much excess leather around the arch that it folded out when I stepped forward. Not a good fit so I returned them. Might try the 12M, but the shoe needs more taper from forefoot to stern.

These are comfortable and classy. I wear them with dress and casual pants; they look great with either!

I wear these around the house, in the vehicle, and out on errands. The soles of my feet love the feel of the soles. Nice break for soles of feet used to hard firm surfaces of running shoes.
