love the shoe but a little narrow. Put myself on wait list for a wide

The strap across the middle rubbed against my instep. So sorry to return because these are cute.

The fit was good for my narrow foot but the quality of the shoe was poor- very plastic looking.

I need more arch support than these shoes provide.

Velcro was too narrow on right shoe to comfortably adjust them. have been delighted with Zappos orders and Clarks shoes and sorry they did not fit correctly.

For a true wide foot or that swells, the adjustable straps on the in-step can't be adjusted enough due to the short outside attachment. I made the mistake of thinking I would be able to adjust the strap to fit over the swelling.

The strap on the 11 hit on bunions.

Tried to get this in my normal size (7W) and it was way too small. Went a size up to 7.5W and I still felt like the sides of my feet were spilling over the sides of the shoe in a very uncomfortable way. I have an older pair of Clarks sandals in 7W that fit well so it was really disappointing to have these feel so narrow. Was really hoping these would work out since I really like the aspect of the adjustable straps and the ankle strap, but these are going to have to go back.

The shoes were a little too long - and the straps didn't feel comfy on my bare feet. Thanks so much for the return!

Stiff leather not comfortable on my foot

The heel strap was not cushioned and rubbed on my heel as soon as I tried it on. I would have a blister if I tried to wear the outside walking.

Very uncomfortable. The leather was hard and the three straps across were bulky and tight.

The middle strap cuts into the inside of my foot and adjusting the velcro did not improve this. Would have been fine except for that issue.

My one star is based on the horrible quality of the leather: ragged, unfinished edges, frayed stitching on fabric covering seam, and the leather color looking like matte plastic finish. Clarks' decline of making affordable shoes with semi decent quality have now slipped to just making trash that will look even worse within a month. Because of my very narrow feet, the shoes that fit are from a few very expensive brands and Clarks, thanks to the adjustable velcro on sandals. No more affordability. Thanks a lot for nothing Clarks.
