True to size. But definitely recommend always the wide platform. It also has a more reinforced heel area. Much more than other work boots I had. The metatarsal protection is more like a padded tongue, there is no structural part. Good sole. Very stealth for a work boot. Been looking for them for a long time now. Great product. My foreman is an ambassador for keen, and hook me up with a code to get a free pair of any boots that I want. I chose these because I have titanium hardware in my leg from breaking both my left leg and ankle at the same time and high top boots bother me. Not only do these look cool, they fit well, are truly comfortable as they feel like a pair of shoes, in terms of weight and flexibility; even with the carbon fiber toes. I couldnt ask for a better pair of boots for the job site. As of right now, a couple weeks or so into owning them they are holding up awesome I will post an update with any issues that arise and how long they last on my construction sites.

I walk 12-15 miles a day, on concrete.. These boots are so comfortable I dont have to take them off after a 12 hr shift. The only thing I dislike is the material over your toes tears easily. I have two holes after 4-6 weeks. I wish the rubber cap covered a bit more of the toe area

Safety shoes that youll actually want to wear. Fit great and very comfy. You could honestly go running in these.

Keen Utility is all I wear for work .love them

I've always been a fan of keeps but this shoe takes it to a whole new level. super comfortable right out of the box and still going strong! I'd recommend these to anyone on there feet all day and is looking for a very breathable shoe.
