It is narrow in the forefoot and too loose with the heel strap. No way to tighten the heel strap any further. The forefoot actually pinches, I'm not sure ill be able to wear them enough for them to stretch:( super cute though. Wish they were comfortable.

Heel was very narrow. Shoes did not look as high of quality I expect from Clarks.

The straps on back were too long and could not be adjusted to make these sandals fit. Also, the straps felt a bit stiff and the heels are higher than I usually wear, not really a problem if this is your perfect height but not comfortable for me.

Clarks shoes normally work well for me. And these are cute shoes. But the fit was completely wrong for me. I sized up a half-size from my normal street shoe size because I consider them comfort wear, but even that did not work. Sadly, I am returning them.

Cute shoe but very narrow. I wear a 9 medium and even though it has two Velcro adjustments, it was still way too narrow. Not available in 9 wide :(

Seemed pretty tight for a narrow. Maybe I could have tried a regular width but I decided these shoes looked very "old lady". Looked more stylish online.

Uncomfortable.

I really wanted these sandals to work. I loved the style, but they just do not fit at all. I have never worn a wide width shoe and yet these feel more like a narrow width than a medium width. The foot does not fit in the "cradle" of the shoe, but rides above the edges on the side of the foot. In addition, the velcro strap in the back of the shoe is too short. Love Zappo's, but disappointed in the manufacturer.

I wear a 7 medium. I tried 3 pairs of these - 7 medium, 7 wide and 7.5 medium. Not only did none fit, but no two shoes seemed to be the same -- one would be ok, one would be tight, one would be loose... a strap would be closer to the top of one shoe, the other strap down a little on the other shoe, making them look different on my feet. I'm really disappointed, because these are cute shoes and the exact navy I was looking for. If you want to give these a try, go with the wide -- these shoes are narrow.

I bought a very similar style last year in the same Clarks line and loved them. Ordered the same size again this year, and my feet are squishing out of the sides. They're cute and seem well-made, but no longer fit my feet. Returned.

poor quality: not what i expect from Clarks, which I have worn for decades.

Something about the sides just didn't feel right. Very hard and cut into my arch and outside part of my foot.

Smallish and edges were stiff

I own many pairs of Clarks sandals, all in the same size, and love them all -- but not these! These just absolutely hurt my feet. Too tight and too stiff.

Material was beautiful, length and width was fine. The arch support was defective in left shoe. I am returning them for refund.
