I have a big ole noggin, and I went with the XL, quality seems nice. The only problem is that Zappos send it through Amazon and they sent it in a plastic bag, instead of a box like even Melin stated on the wrap up bag. It was a little bend up out a shape. SMH

Ive had 4 Melin hats and will continue to get more. Great quality hats, great for dressing up or dressing down, going to the gym.

So for a year or more, I kept seeing these awesome hats on people (Trenches Icon Hydro - the crown is my favorite of any hat ever owned). Everyone kept telling me, "it's a Melin", so I looked them up. I'll admit $75.00 for a hat is a high-dollar hat, but pretty sure I've purchased about 10 of these now. I think I have 6 or 7 and have purchased the others to share the awesomeness with friends. I have a big head (7 1/2 ish) and this hat fits perfectly. The construction is next to none; wet or not. I have my "boat hat" that has been in / under water for hours and looks the same as it did out of the box. I love this hat will will continue to buy more!

Love the hats. They fit great all around and feel great

Overall the hat is nice. I have a pretty average sized dome, 7.5. The XL hat is perfect depth but has a few buttons over lap on the snap back. The buttons tend to come loose quite a bit which is a bit annoying. Melin customer service is top notch though. When I brought the issue up to melin, the rep sent me a new, replacement in the Classic size free of charge. Unfortunately, classic isnt quite deep enough for me so it bottoms out on the top of my head. I guess Im just in between sizes.

Im a delivery driver, lots of sweating doesnt get stinky. Well ventilated!!

My husbands favorite hat!!!!

I've been wearing Varsity hats for years and thought those were the best until I went to a family gathering and my cousin was wearing one of your hats. I tried it on and fell in love. I will be ordering all the colors soon.

I loved the style on these hats when I first ran across them looking for new hats. I thought, why is this sooo expensive. Well, I decided to purchase it and once I received it in the mail I experienced the quality and craftsmanship that goes into making these hats. The material they use, the stitching, the design and all the other ways they make these are hands down the best hat I have ever worn!! Most good hats are $35 and are nowhere near the quality of the Melin Products!

liked the quality of the hat and shape just too big for my head was the only bummer part

I got this hat based of a recommendation while visiting the flagship store in Dana Point. This hat fits my head perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. Their customer service is amazing at Melin which has earned my loyalty. This hat is so cool and the more I wear it the more I love it.

7/78 XL size is difficult to locate the fit and cut of hat. love the color Heather Ocean similar to faded jeans. own limited edition sport team hats, you pay for top quality of Melin which I wear more often

Its a great hat, I like it and it looks and feels great, I just was not able to get a small size and had to get a medium size, I just tighten the band on the back of the hat, now I have a bit of a flap with the extra rubber, other then that its a great hat, just wish I could have it in small so it fits right

The hat was shipped in a bag and the hat was damaged. This hats have to be shipped in a box.
