I bought my bag months ago to be used for my upcoming trip to
Sicily. The bag was designed terribly. The front which was intended to hold credit cards and money flap keep opening up on its own!!! I notified the company and they did not have the courtesy to even respond!!! Would never buy or recommend their product.

I have had a number of these small cross-body bags over the years and loved them. I'm a minimalist and I like the small footprint of this bag, how well-thought out the design is to fit just the items I need to carry, including my cell phone. However, my current bag's clasp broke (that connects it to the bag loop) and the logo badge had become worn and patinaed.
Today I purchased my another one and, ugh the design has changed. It now has two zippered compartments and is slightly larger. You'd think that's better, right? As I transferred the minimal items I'd been carrying in my previous bag to the new bag ... they didn't fit the same, or if I made them fit somehow, then I couldn't get my phone in the cell phone pocket. This new design clearly impacts the bag's functionality. Disappointing. My guess is the excess material and zippers for a two-compartment bag vs. the one previous compartment makes it too tight to neatly put anything anywhere. The new bag also doesn't have the same elastic cinch on the outside front pocket where I usually keep quick-access items such as Chapstick which now has fallen out 2x. I really don't like this new design and the bags aren't cheap. Unfortunately I can't return it. Sigh.

So this bag has 2 pockets, but if you put stuff in one pocket, it expands into the second pocket making it totally useless. This seems to be common issue, as I've returned several other bags this week for the same reason. If you don't have enough space at the bottom for the bag to expand each pocket, the pockets are useless and you can't close the bag!! I put my cell phone in one pocket and that is all this bag would fit. No problem with Baggalini quality, just the design lately is terrible! Please test your products to see if they work for real people. If they only hold chapstick, take the design back to the workshop! That being said....the Triple zip bag is the best bag I"ve found that is totally functional. It's a small little thing, but it works and expands to hold more than you think it would.

Baggallini has such a good reputation, quality, and useful design that I thought this bag would be perfect because the height and width measurements fit the size I was looking for. But this bag is only 1" deep and has no give to expand when filled. If only it were at least 3" thick when filled! With only carry the few essentials I carry in my purse, eyeglasses, tissue, phone, credit card, it isn't even thick enough to fit a standard tube of lipstick or eyedrops! Why don't you design a purse around these items to be sure it will be a useful accessory?

I have several Baggallini purses, and I love them. However, had I not taken the tags off of this one before I tried putting my things in it, I would have immediately returned it. It's cute, but it simply does not have the depth to hold much of anything beyond my phone, one car key, and a couple of cards (except that the card slots are so small I could barely get anything in them). The slots are so tight that I nearly bent my ID and credit card trying to put them in a slot. I couldn't imagine standing at a store register trying to fit my ID or credit card back where it goes. This purse has organizational pockets, but once you put anything in a pocket, the other pockets are basically unusable, because It has no ability to expand. If you're like me and have to carry glasses, this bag is too small to be functional.
I have the Triple Zip bag and love it. Although it doesn't look as dressy as this bag, it holds everything I like to keep with me without being bulky.

Unfortunately there is no inside zipper pocket.
It's so narrow in width, whatever you put into it must be Flat. Ex: Cell phone
And the wristlet.
The height for the outside pocket is not deep enough to cover my samsung thin cell phone.
Overall if you want anything More than cell phone and dollar bill's, get a different style.
