Love the color, layout of pockets, size, quality. That you can convert it to a backpack or shoulder bag is ingenious! Only improvement would be to allow the 2nd handle to fully fold against the bag, so that when it's used as a backpack, this handle doesn't stick up in the air behind your neck.

I got this bag for a trip to Italy and it was perfect! I was able to carry a lot of things in this bag.

Love love love all the pockets...I go for functional purses and this fits all my needs. Can even use it for travel in an airport with the backpack feature, and the slot where you can attach it to your rolling suitcase!

I received my first Baggallini bag as a gift and used it for years. This bag is my replacement, and I already love it as much as the last one.

I purchased the grey 3-in-1 bag and absolutely love it. Perfect size. Lots of pockets. Super practical for everyday use. The grey color is much nicer than online pics showed- it's a medium to dark color (sorta shiny). Will hide dirt well. Love my purchase!

This convertible backpack has all the features I love in my other Baggallini products! Perfect for my carry-on when I fly and for those day outings with the grandchildren! Love the way it fits on my back when I convert to the backpack and so easy to switch between shoulder strap and backpack!

I love this bag. I'm using it for work every day. I can carry my A5 paper planner and my wristlet and I have room for water bottle and umbrella on the side pocket. Love the hidden phone pocket in the front, the outside pocket in the back where I put my job's name tag, and the zippered pocket in the front where I put my car keys.

I purchased this bag just a week before leaving for a 10 day trip to Spain. On previous overseas trips, I'd used a large purse. It worked, but it was too large, leaving not enough for my feet while on the airplane. I've never spent this much on a purse/bag of any kind, but since I've been traveling a lot lately, I decided it would be worth it. And worth it it was! I absolutely love this bag! It was large enough to carry what I needed (money, cosmetics, headphones, snacks, medicine, etc) but also small enough that when stowed under the seat in front of me, I still had room for my feet. It slid onto my roller luggage for easy transport. When out doing day trips, walking all over Madrid, I used a smaller baggalini purse. But this was perfect for the long trip overseas! Very well made, will last a long time, I think .

This bag is just what I wanted for commuting. It's roomy, organized, stylish and durable. It has room for my phone, tablet, umbrella, water bottle and more. I like that it's convertible, though I will normally use it as a cross body.

I love it! The color is great, won't show a lot of dirt, fits my laptop and functions as a backpack if needed.

I bought this to be my under the seat bag on plane trips. It worked out perfectly. The long strap makes it easy to be hands free yet easy access to pockets for passport, ID, etc.

It looks charming. I purchased the bag to fit a dslr camera insert inside. And while it does fit, it's a little snug so I'll probably be using a different tote, but I'm definitely keeping it.

I LOVE this bag. It would be great for traveling. My only issue is that is not quite large enough. I have another Baggallini tote that I use as a personal item on the plane. I've used that for many years and it still looks new. The quality is amazing. It's dimensions are roughly 17 x 17 and I can fit a ton in it, but that makes it heavy on the shoulder while walking through airports. I was hoping for something similar that I could carry on my back. This is probably great for most people, I just needed something a bit larger.

Love it! Love the length of the handle drop....love it also being a cross body! Great size for work and day trips.
