Damage product.. impossible to get costumer service to help. After more then 30 min waiting in line no empaty from csr member. Just stated i was going to recceived email with return form and can take up to 4 weeks the entire process. Need this boots for a family event.

Excellent quality and comfort. True to size. Sharp aesthetics and can be casual or formal. My 2nd pair of Ariats. Love them as much as the first.

I got these boots a half size larger so I can place a heavy duty work boot insole in them. I work at Walmart standing at the front door, so I'm on my feet all day. Size: 10.5 EE

I love all of my Ariat western boots. This pair is exceptional. The style and color are great and really dress up my jeans and overall look. As with all my Ariat boots, comfort right out of the box.

Boots are exactly what I wanted love the looks of them. These boots are extremely comfortable right out the box.

These boots are sharp. They have the soles nailed on for that hand crafter feel. These are more expensive than any boots Ive ever bought that werent for work, and I think the quality is noticed in all the details of the stitch work as well as the seams.

I got these boots 2 weeks ago and have worn them nearly every day to break them in. In that time, they have become my favorite boots. They are really comfortable and easy to walk in. They look and feel great

This boot is very comfortable right out of the box. The only downside is the color. It's described as black which it is but has a Grey tinge to it.

Nice looking and comfortable boot! Very happy with purchase. Ariats customer service is excellent as well. My feet are wide, so I needed to stretch them a bit.the softer leather made it easy to do.

Very nice boot, sole, and heel. Nice cushion insole. The leather exterior with the elephant print appears charcoal gray in person, NOT black. These have the 1.75" heel. I prefer the 1.5" roper heel so I had to send them back. Wish I could walk in the higher heel! Very cool.
