Customer Reviews Ariat Hybrid Low Western Boots

I wore them for a month and the heel gave out in the left one. Kinda bummed I've had a similar ankle pair by ariat that I've worn for a year.

Poor Quality Control and Poor Customer Service, very disappointed with first time purchase.

Save self time and buy a different brand that cares about customer service. Exchange process entails purchasing a separate box, it's not free. It's been weeks since I bought these boots I still don't have what I paid for.

I purchased these boots because I loved the look of them. The first time I tried them on, they seemed to fit well enough for me to wear them out. After about an hour of "breaking them in" I realized they are way too big for me. I'm not sure if it's the style that I wasn't used to which made me question if they were too big or not. Sadly enough, these will now sit in the corner of my closet because they can't be returned after they've been worn for an hour.

Bought a pair of boots this time last year and love them. Waited patiently for the sale and it's not really a sale is it? Anyways, purchased the pair of boots that I had been wanting for a while at full price, only to have them show up with marks on both boots. Looks like QC is as dead as custom service these days.

The boots sure looked cool but were not a true EE wide.

I purchased these boots less the a year ago they have been the most comfortable boot I have owned but the heel support in the boot broke and now it have become harder to remove and the leather started to tear because of that.
