Customer Reviews Ariat Hybrid Low Western Boots

Ive contacted Ariat 6 times over the phone, 4 times via chat, and emailed them 8 times about an order I never received with these boots and Ive gotten no response. Its been 3 weeks and Ive heard nothing. If this is the customer service they provided then I highly would not recommend this company. There products are great but customer service is absolutely terrible.

Great pair of boots! Not as comfortable as the Booker Chelseas, but a nice looking pair of boots nonetheless.

Comfy, true to size. If you wear tighter more fitted jeans and dont like boot cut pants these work great.

Well made boot. It is a little narrower in the toe than my other Ariats. Once I break it in it should be a fine boot. I'm afraid if I sized up it would be too big. Its hard to believe that this boot is cheaper the my athletic shoes and much better quality. Thanks for making great quality boots and clothing.

Great boot, the opening is bigger than necessary. As it's breaking in its getting more and more comfortable. Would love a round toe version with the same sole.

I wore them for a month and the heel gave out in the left one. Kinda bummed Ive had a similar ankle pair by ariat that Ive worn for a year.

I bought this style of boot because my pants are a bit slim and with this low cut boot they fit perfectly. The inserts it comes makes it very nice to walk in. They are very comfy. Ive gotten many compliments. Very happy with my purchase.

Pretty handy quick boots. I wore them around all day. They were pretty comfortable even before being broken in.

Hurts top of foot behind toes very stiff,and the color darker than shown .

I really loved the looks of these boots and wanted soo much to like them, but was very disappointed that I couldn't even get my foot in them. I ordered my normal size, 13EE, but the opening looked way too small and it was! This is the 2nd pair of Ariat boots I have tried with the same results. I thought these would be different since the elastic sides would open up further and allow my foot into the boot. Nope!! I have boots from 2 other manufacturers and do not have this problem.

Great quality boot but wish I could say it's great. Went to an authorized retailer boot barn. They didn't have the size I needed but sized and fitted my boot. Ordered that one online buy it was a little big. Ordered the next size down as a return and seemed to fit but stretched out and is now almost unwearable and I can't find a return option be careful these run really big and don't have a return option. Good quality Tho.

Great boots I think.. if you get the right size.. All my shoes is 43-44 so I ordered 43, but when the boots arrived it was like 45 on my feets. I have a bit skinny foot maybe but this was ridiculous. Disappointed. Why don't just state the right foot length and thickness that it is made for? Feels like all different brands uses their own standards in shoe sizing.. Sorry for my negative attitude but I was so looking forward to receive the boots

These are not comfortable at all. They are very stiff and the Top of my feet and heels are red and sore after wearing them. i would not recommend them.

I have always bought Ariat boots and been satisfied every time until now. The toe box of this boot is crushing my pinky toes inward. I've used a boot stretcher for days, leather oil, and worn them for weeks they won't break in. Never had this problem I've even bought 3 pairs of the same ariat western boots before back to back. It's unfortunate I lost the money one these but always try on shoes before you buy. If they're uncomfortable when you first put them on don't keep them thinking they will break in

Poor Quality Control and Poor Customer Service, very disappointed with first time purchase.

Save self time and buy a different brand that cares about customer service. Exchange process entails purchasing a separate box, it's not free. It's been weeks since I bought these boots I still don't have what I paid for.

I purchased these boots because I loved the look of them. The first time I tried them on, they seemed to fit well enough for me to wear them out. After about an hour of "breaking them in" I realized they are way too big for me. I'm not sure if it's the style that I wasn't used to which made me question if they were too big or not. Sadly enough, these will now sit in the corner of my closet because they can't be returned after they've been worn for an hour.
