I bought this sneakers my husband for summer. He put them on and wear all time, very comfortable ! Just too expensive .

Can only tighten up one side of the heel. This causes the heel and inner strap to be loose. It would fit great if you could adjust both sides.

I have owned 3 Versions of the shoe. This is the only one that I wish i kept the tags on to return. Incredibly uncomfortable and stiff. My first pair was from 2008 and reminded me of this shoe. Not the same at all. Cheap materials and very uncomfortable.

Cant wait to get outside with these! Lightweight, comfortable, awesome!!

Some of the reviews I read mentioned the new ones dont hold up as long as the old ones. Had my others ones since 2005. Fit and comfort is great. I wanted the fold down heel and also the separate strap around the ankle. Difficult to find in other brands.

international travel is one of those tricky pack and not check delimas. my intentions were to have this footwear in early spring for a couple of trips to jamaica that also required some skill set usage along with r&r. in the past i have always worn my speed cross in rivers and streams. worked fantastic in water or on land,.not so much with the tamph 5. the custom fitting is fantastic and materials were top notch with the exception of in sole. not that comfy for anything all day dry or wet. i personally would do two things to improve. make souls less rigid. your in water and need every surface to allow you not only to have a tactile feel but also grip. second, change the insole for all around comfort. a perforated foam or neoprene would be a good fit.

My husband loves them. Extremely comfort, feel like shoes but dont need socks. Great in the water.

I bought these shows for a backpacking trip in Havasupai Falls (AZ). Loved the shoes, they were perfect for crossing the streams and hiking on soft trails. I wear size 8 and they fit fine. I like the construction of the shoes - collapsible heal proved to be a great feature, no need to carry extra slipper for the campsite. Overall great product.

I'm not sure I won't return these new TA5's. They are wider, and feel different, not sure I don't need a smaller size. The heel strap is harder to use, the band behind the heel does not move smoothly through the openings and needs to be retightened once or twice?

I love the concept, but found them too narrow at the toe and with too little footbox space for height. Shoes that are going to be worn without socks need to fit well and not rub. Please offer in a wide fitting.

Great shoe but as usual Salomon are a narrow shoe, and these don't come in a wide fit , tried a larger size, like flippers , and still to narrow

Can't really find a comparable shoe to these. Function, looks, diversity - no one comes close.

Design is great with good ventilation but but I didn't know it ran so narrow. However the shoe is really tight around the top of the foot

This is a great color and so glad they went back to a a similar style to the original. Great, great, great.

I bought these to replave a pair i owned for several years. The straps have changed for the better. The toungue placement has improved. Great upgrades.

Loved the idea of the shoe but the footbed was narrow from the arch to the heel. I kept thinking that it would be nice if the insert had more cushion as well. I only tried them on and walked indoors at my home so I do not know how they perform would outdoors. I imagine they would be uncomfortable for me and I have normal size feet; not wide or narrow.

Like most everything about the Techamphibian 5 except the sole material. It is a hard(er) black rubber that is very slick on smooth surfaces. Super important to me as I use them mostly for scrambling on the beach. My Chacos, and the Tevas before them, are both better. Running shoes are better. Not asking for climbing rubber, but there are better choices. Will probably have to ditch these before I crack my head on a wet rock.

Stylish and well made but not for everybody. Way to narrow in the front despite the fact I actually bought one size bigger than normal. Uncomfortable and are now collecting dust.

Given the technology improvements why is it not possible to get the correct sizing choice right first time. Do we not have the tech to photograph a foot alongside two know sized object and obtain a near perfect sizing match. I'm fed up of ordering oroducts that arnt size suitable.

I've been looking for a long time for shoes like this that I'd be able to wear on a hike with a cave system where I have to walk in water. Incredible shoe and very happy with my purchase!

I bought these a few weeks ago, but stopped wearing them already because they are not very comfortable. the back straps are chaffing and the toe section is uncomfortably narrow. I'm not happy with my purchase.

Bought these water shoes for walking on the beach and coast mainly and after first trying on I thought they were great. Look good, fit well and have a decent sole just like a normal Salomon trainer BUT, after taking my first step onto the beach/anywhere near the sand they show how flawed they are! They literally have a one way entry for sand that makes the shoe fill up painfully without any way for it to escape without going through a full routine of removing the shoes, removing the insoles, rinsing & banging out thoroughly and then, walking barefoot away from the sand so it doesn't get back in before putting the shoes back on. This TOTALLY makes them unfit for their intended use/reason for purchase. Sadly now I've worn them for this first day and found out how useless they are, I'm unable to return them and am out of pocket as they are not fit for my needs at all. Not actually sure what these could be useful for unless you can find somewhere to walk that has water but no sand or grit etc.
