THese are very heavy, stiff, and have a wide heel. The right shoe was too small all over, but the left fit except the heel. I ordered two sizes and neither will work. They are cute and the style I wanted, but I can't wear them so they are going back. They were shipped to me without any box, any protective bag, or padding. Nothing to identify them... just two shoes floating in an Amazon box. They were not harmed, but in the future, will consider buying for a retailer who takes more care in product handling.

The heels are too wide on both shoes, but the right seemed to otherwise fit, but the left was too big. I also tried one size smaller and the heels were too wide but they were too small in all other ways. They are really cute and just what I wanted, but have to send them back.

I was really looking forward to these beautiful shoes. Got them, and they are very uncomfortable, jabbing the sides of my feet. Maybe too narrow? I bigger size would be too large.
