I wanted to love these. They are very cute with soft straps. Unfortunately there is a lip at the back of them and they run small so my heel sat on the lip of the sandal and it was uncomfortable. Sadly, I had to return them.

The leather on top of foot isnt comfortable at all. I bought a size up to be on the safe side but couldnt even keep them on for a few minutes.

Lovely style and the Reef quality represents in this flip flop. My foot is slightly thick and this particular shoe is very snug to the top of my foot, hoping that it will stretch. Little too narrow across the metatarsal region. First and only time not 100% satisfied with Reef. Have owned many pairs, so this is rarity! Definitely would order half size up !

These sandals are unbelievably comfortable. I have worn no other shoes, but reef sandals for 25+ years. They only get better and better over time. This particular sandal the Cushion Cloud is my favorite so far. Ive ordered ten pair of them in case Reef discontinues them. Thats the problem when you get attached to a particular style, they eventually get discontinued. Hoping this one will be around for awhile. It would be nice to see this style in pink and olive green color. Keep up the good work Reef! Im a die hard fan!!!

They look great with shorts, pants or summer dresses. So confortable I wear them all day!

Cushy with arch support but a little tight across the top of the foot making it less than ideal if you intend to do a lot of walking. They are cute & go with almost any outfit!

These sandals are the most comfortable of any Ive ever worn. The only problem is that the toe strap came loose, but in all honesty, its probably because I wore them in the gym shower several times.

It would not be fair to rate this lower than 4 stars since I am returning it. I have a number of Reef flip flops from over the years. Some were a size 10 and some were a size 9. In this case, the 9 was too short in length. The straps were fine. Since there is a sort of dip in the surface of the flip flop, your foot sits in a bit of a hollow. If the foot bed was completely flat, a 9 would have been ok. Since there is a hollow that cushions your foot, the 9 left my heel feeling like it would hang off the back.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from REEF in the same size. The other pair was a perfect fit, but these I wish I wouldve returned, very odd fit.

Had to return as they did not look and fit as expected. My card was compromised and they would it refund me on my new card. I have to go to my bank to resolve this. Id give 0 starts

I bought two pairs of reef sandels. My first pair fit perfect but this one ran really small. Im trying to stretch it out but I wish I had just returned this pair.

They are not cushion cloud. Theyre stiff and run very small

Comfortable purchased wrong size womans 11 instead of a mens 10.

I love how cushioned the sole is but they are too narrow on my foot.
