Incredibly thin!

Not too thick. Great for summer as they are cool and breathable.

Hiking, good wicking, good feel, ankle hight does not slouch

Fit incredibly comfortably right out of the box. I wish the weave on the fabric were slightly tighter, as I feel like the fabric won't age as well over time. It is already snagging lightly and I've only worn these a few times.

Great socks. I have had many pairs of them! I do wish they lasted longer as they tend to get holes in them sooner than I would think for the cost.

A bit too fuzzy for my liking for running but overall a nice pair of socks

Wear these daily. Would have given them a 5-star but I feel they need more cushion in the heel and toes. I have older Smartwool socks and they have more cushion.

I'm not going to lie I don't "run" in these socks, I work. I wear these when I wear my steel toe boots. They help keep my feet stink free and help keep them dry. They last a long time.

Love the socks. Feel comfy even after a couple of washes. Wish that there were more colours. For is true to size. Will definitely consider buying them again.

Perfect except it runs small

Not as warm as other socks but will make do.

bought these as a "try-out" for cycling. good fit, comfortable but a bit too much padding underfoot for cycling in hot weather. They are called "Run Targeted" for a reason. Will use them for walking, etc.

Like them a lot. Feel great, fit great. They do get a bit "crinkled up" on top after the wash and drier otherwise I'd give them 5 stars. Even with that a solid 4.5 stars.

By far a favorite sock. So cozy and also warm and on in between days it also doubles as slipper, or wool mocc. Also, it's been so unaffordable to buy into brand outdoor clothes- it's really a relief to do the Smart wo shuffle after a long run (no blistering because of padding). After three *pair* these.

New socks have less material, you may like that but I liken it to buying a bag of chips but inside there's less chips for the money.

Year round running sock - 5-8 miles at moderate pace. Went to length sock to avoid heel of shoe pulling no-show socks into shoe and bunching as socks age. Height is good and precludes bunching. Weight of sock is thinner and targeted cushioning thinner. More synthetic and less wool. Not as smart as their peers.

Things that aren't great it.

Comfortable but too thin

Socks are great, but 2 pair arrived with holes in the fabric. One would be a fluke, 2 is just poor quality control, or no quality control. More of a pain to return than they are worth. Sucks, cause this company used to be great. Now......just so so at best.

The cushion is too warm and heavy but you don't have the non-cushion socks in extra large which is the size I need. Also, I received 3 to 4 e-mails per day every day advertising more sock buys which I found annoying.
